Thanks Denise, do you know if that works for pay-per-attendee licenses, after the number of attendees at the live event is maxed out? My guess is it doesn't.

Yes, you can set up the webinar without registration required. It will still give you a webinar link that you can share via email to your registrants. (don't check the 'registration required' box and schedule the webinar. The webinar link will appear...
