My audio isn't working at all on any of my Zoom meetings. I noticed that it first started whenever I was joining a meeting from someone else's generated link but now it's happening on the meetings that I host as well. I've done the system checks for the mics on my notebook recommended by Zoom but to no avail. I can hear everyone else just fine. My video works just fine. But for some reason no one can hear me at all. I have several meetings that I need to host today. Can someone please help?!

안녕하세요. 회의중이 아닌 줌에서 다른 사람들과 채팅으로 칠때 종종 자음과 모음 분리현상이 일어납니다. 재부팅도 해보고 최대한 노력을 해보았지만 어느 방법도 효과가 있지 않았습니다. 또한 줌에서만 복사 붙이기가 정상적으로 실행되지 않았습니다.

When I chat in the zoom with other people in Korean, the consonants and the vowels are written seperated frequently. I tried rebooting the computer but it didn't work. Also, copy and paste( CTRL+C, CTRL+V) does not work only in the zoom.  I'm sorry that I am not good at English.

Looking for a quick way to send in email a link to start a Zoom chat. Not a link to start a meeting, those are easy to find, but a link to start a chat.

I cannot use some functions of the chat in Zoom app:

- All graphs or gifs sent to me are not displayed (there is a grey square with an exclamation mark inside the triangle) 

- I cannot send any files or graphs or gifs as well (when trying to send a file to a colleague of mine, there is an error: Your account admin has placed restrictions on sending ...)

- I cannot display any thread replies - there is an info there has been a reply but when I click on the arrow down to display the thread on the chat, it does not work

 

Has anyone had similar problems to mine? Any ideas how to solve that, please? 

My Zoom account has been checked on different computers, of course.
