unable to open downloads

I am suddenly unable to open downloads of my recordings from the Zoom website. I receive a message that the file is corrupted and cannot be opened. I am using a MacBook Pro 12.0 and have plenty of room on my hard drive. What is going on here? I am enclosing a view of what I see when I try to play a Zoom video that I have downloaded. I can view the video on the website, but I need to be able to download a copy to keep. Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

I haven't got Option for recording zoom meetings in my phone

I recorded the last zopom meeting but now when I tried to open it from the folder there is no meeting saved. You cancheck some details also about this issue.
