Is there a way to show a copyrighted video to my class? We get audio but no video - regardless of platform (iTunes, Windows Media, etc.) or streaming from Amazon Video. In theory, we are legal for classroom use as a fair use.
As a participant of a zoom meeting, I am unable to clearly hear the screen share of a video with music or words. What settings on my computer do I need to adjust so that I can hear what is being presented?

Hello, I received the https address for a taped Zoom meeting and the ID. I clicked on the https address but when I entered the ID, it either ignored the ID entry ( the space appeared again for the ID to be entered) OR I got the error message that it was the wrong ID. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Hello, I am planning to do research on intrateam communication. I will get consent from participants and then record the meeting. I also want to get data of public chat and private chat. Is it possible to save private chats between members? Also, should I always be in a meeting room to record the meeting or can I set the meeting to be automatically recorded? and the chat to be automatically saved? Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi there, we are trying to integrate zoom API into our VB.NET-based application. There is a problem that while joining the meeting via the API URL, it requires a redirect login to the zoom login page. We require the behaviour of API such that we pass the login credentials programmatically and the API logs in programmatically and call back URL redirects the user to our domain's redirect URI. I have read on forums that this can't be done for some reason. Please explain this behaviour.

Hello, I'm writing here after spending several hours trying to narrow the problem I'm currently facing after switching on new laptop running Windows 10. For some reasons the new installation for my user is including a UTF char (ș more exactly) and I'm blaming this for the following side-effects I've observed: 1/ channel's chat is displaying only first message from each thread. If I'm trying to press on the "%d Replies" link nothing happens 2/ images could not be displayed - interesting enough them could be manually downloaded I've tried to use even the MSI installer but without any luck. Some data are saved in C:\Users\MyUserFolderWithș\AppData\Roaming\Zoom but most probably something is not working 100% normally in my installation. Is somebody able to confirm my findings or point me on how to solve it from my end? Thx, Ioan PS: all of the above are observed when using 64-bit Version: 5.8.6 (2048)
