Sending meeting invitation using "copy to clipboard" and inserting link in an email (using AOL) will go the invitee. Using the option "send email"; the email invite does not get delivered to the recipient. This is using the Zoom app on an Ipad.

We commonly have webinars where each speaker is allotted a certain amount of time to speak. Some speakers speak longer, but to keep them on time we need to have a way to signal them that they need to quickly finish up their speech, Other than using Chat, does anyone have any ideas on how to quickly get the attention of the speaker to have them sum up their comments?

I am trying to schedule a meeting for 9:00 pm EST tonight. The participant is in Bangkok. When I sent him the invite the email said it would be 1:00 am Sunday for him. That's wrong. 9pm EST to Bangkok should be 8am the following day. So, I tried it with a friend in Denmark. The same thing happened. I scheduled a meeting for 3pm EST and the email that said the meeting would be at 7pm his time. It should have said 9pm his time. When I tried to send him another invitation for a different time, the invitation didn't include a time or date at all. I am using Outlook for mail. I updated Zoom. I made sure my Time was correct in Windows. I resynced my time, just because. I rebooted the computer. Does anyone have any ideas for what I might be doing wrong? thanks!

Hi, I had a similar problem yesterday. I had organised a zoom event with the option of people being able to move themselves from the main room into various breakout rooms that I had set up. Everything was going ok but about 9 hours into the event, participants that were coming were suddenly unable to choose a breakout room and the host was unable to assign. Some of these participants had been in the event earlier on in the day (and had no issues) and they were logging back in. We asked them to log off zoom and come back in again and this didn't help. One of the co-hosts also tried a assign participants but when we clicked move to room nothing came for participants to accept. The only remedy was to end the meeting and start again which was quite disruptive. Is there a solution to this please? Thanks

When I try to join a meeting it keeps saying client needs to upgrade and will not let me join the meeting.
Hi there, I am tech hosting a large event for a client. The client has a Business account and large meetings (500 attendees) and webinar features. All interpreters have given their e-mail addresses which was used when creating their Zoom accounts and they join from laptop/computer from the Zoom app. Sara
The language interpretation in the account settings of the client is turned on.
However, even though the e-mail addresses were programmed in the Zoom meeting link and the interpreters joined from the link in the invitation e-mail.... However when the interpreters joined the meeting in the tech dry run none of the translators were recognized so I had to manually assign all 20+ interpreters. So even when I as a host want to start the interpretation the pre-assigned list does not work.
This is troublesome for the day of the event, what am I missing and how can I make the pre-assign list work?
