Is there a way to suppress Chat previews? (If I need to see the Chat, I can always take a peek.) I've looked around and tinkered with my Chat preferences. And to my eye, it seems that the notifications should have disappeared. But they haven't. Here are my settings … what should I change? Thank you for any insights!

I have used zoom for a couple of years. I can share my desktop files on my laptop and office computer but I cannot share my desktop files on my home computer. I have updated and uninstalled and reinstalled and I still cannot share. Here is a screen shot of what I get. How do I fix this?

What URLs or IP Addresses govern Zoom Chat? I am OK with in-meeting chats but students are abusing out-of-meeting chat during the school day during class time. Students have been using their own free accounts to circumvent any security that we might have in place or use with our managed accounts.

Hello, My users are reporting that the zoom chat notifications aren't playing a sound notification when receiving chats. I've checked to make sure that all settings are toggled in both app and settings but still doesn't ding when receiving chats. Any ideas of what I can try next? Thanks!

Dear Zoom Community, In the past we had asked Zoom Support if it is possible to include a feature that allows Zoom Administrators to better manage "chat" settings, including the "Status" inactive timer, at the account level. Anyone aware if this feature will ever be available?
