Today, someone impersonated me with my name and put a nasty message in chat so that everyone thought it was me. There were at least two zoom bombers I and my co-host could identify. It all happened very fast when there are multiple zoom bombers. We enabled Waiting Room and then removed the zoombombers but couldn't identify who impersonated me. After the zoom meeting, I went through active host report and registration and identified several zoom bombers but when I tried to CANCEL their registration, a pop up window appeared with blank email to send to them. I don't want that. I just want to REPORT them. How do I do so after the zoom meeting?

New function popup blocked at each Zoom startup, impossible to close, even if you try to use the new functions to create folders, canals "and more". Rebooting the app don't make it go away.
Confirmed with a colleague that after upgrading Zoom he have the same problem.
Zoom version 5.11.0 (6569), updated late last week.

The office manager of our company recently left to pursue other other goals. Now, no one can log into our Zoom account to change any of the email or user settings. I have the login information the office manager used but it will not allow us into the account. If it was a free account it wouldn't be a big deal but we upgraded last fall. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Dear Support, I'm a paid subscriber and have been enjoying the professional service for the past one (1) year. I did my renewal this year for another 12 months and I've been using the account to login and scheduled meetings. Over the last two (2) months, some unknown things happen and my account was deleted. I attempted to logon and I was prompted to create a new account with the Basic Plan. What happen to my paid active account which is re-subscribed this year ? Please assist.

Hello to everyone! Last week i hosted a zoom call. It was launched from Pro account. This account made another user a host and left the meeting. I was co-host and recorded the meeting. The recording was made on the cloud. And now I can't find this record( Where it can be? I would be really grateful for help!
