Unable to save transcripts
I have enabled the save transcripts function, but I'm still not seeing the option to save transcript during or after a call - why is this and how can I enable saving transcripts?

Was unable to find the setting for Download picture function.
My company is using VMware VDI. I have downloaded the latest Plugin.
And download function still missing.

My account emil is deleted and now i want to change my account email but can't get confirmation from that mail. How can I get conformed my new mail?
Recently, when I download documents from the Zoom chat, the extensions are stripped. I then have to rename the files with their extensions.
Anyone experiencing this and know the fix?
Hello, Our organization is experiencing intermittent document sending failures while hosting meetings. The document will show the message "network disconnected". The network is not disconnected as the user does not lose internet connection, nor does the user lose connection to the Zoom Meeting. This has happened to multiple users, with multiple document types (PDF, XLXS, DOC). We have ensured our clients are updated to the most current version of Zoom (5.10.7(6120)).
