Recordings lost

Hello My yearly subscription ended right before a meeting that I recorded and when I paid for a new subscription the recorded meeting was not there. Is there anyway to get that recorded meeting back?

how to retrieve a recorded meeting

I have a paid account and a free account. In my most recent zoom interview, I marked it to be recorded but inadvertently used my free account instead of my paid account. Can I still retrieve this recording?

Issues with notification with contact

I have a contact that I set to notify me when available, however when I am notified, it shows them offline, does this mean that they have blocked me? I don't have this issue with any of my other contacts. 

Panellist unable to login in

I have a question. Recently a zoom webinar we ran had 2 speakers based in China. Who refused to use the zoom links but wanted to access the webinar using the meeting ID and passcode. 

2 days prior to the meeting colleagues in China ‘tested’ the logins to be sure they would work for the speakers, they didn’t work and asked us to check them. What we provided was correct. So we put the issue down to the fact the meeting was not actually taking place at the time they tried to login. 

Fast forward to the day of the meeting both these panellists had problems using the login details. However, eventually they were successful and able to log in using the login details we had provided. It was almost like there was a glitch and the system just wouldn’t let them in. 

My question is, could the fact that someone had previously ‘tested’ the log-in on a different device have caused any issues?

Authenticated User

Hi all, 

None of the participants invited to my zoom meeting can get in without being an authenticated user? How can I change this setting?

Unable to connect to zoom

I am using a mac. I have downloaded the files specifically for the silicon chip. Trying to join zoom, all I get is the following message:"You are unable to connect to zoom. Please check your network connection and try again". Any help available? Show more

unable to upload a CSV FILE -POLL questions

i downloaded the CSV template and when i tried to upload it , i always get an error message....Since yesterday I am unable to upload CSV files (containing poll questions)  Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

How do I run two simultaneous meetings? For example, both starting at 8 pm.   With different Meeting IDs.  I currently have just one pro license. Do I need to get another one added to my account?  If so, what is the process of setting up two meetings that will be running (by two different admins) at the same time? I would like to keep these under my one account.   please advise.

Someone please confirm that I'm not the only one that absolutely loathes the changes to how chats and favorites are organized in the Zoom client.

 

It seems like no matter who I'm looking for, whether it's a "starred" favorite, a previous unstarred chat with an associate, or a channel I'm part of...  it's NEVER where I expect to find it. It seems like I'm forever clicking three dots to "view all" and then scrolling (sometimes for what feels like eternity) to find what I need. In about half the cases, I eventually give up and just search for the person I need to chat with...  but doesn't that defeat the purpose?

 

My biggest gripe is with the starred section. What Zoom decides to show me seems to be constantly changing, and never shows me my entire starred list. The whole point of a favorite list is so that your "favorite" items are where you expect to find them, so you can get to them quickly...

 

I dislike these changes vehemently, but when I broached this in a support ticket to provide feedback, I didn't get the impression they agreed. Am I just nuts, or are there others out there that thing thinks changes were generally for the worse?
