We have problems with signing into the zoom app. Periodically we get the same problem on different computers.  All of these users are licensed users. They can't create new meetings in outlook. They can't sign in with the web. what is the solution?

Late to the party when it comes to zoom digital signage.

Per the subject, It sounds like any smart TV with a network connection can be adopted as a zoom digital signage target. However, the description further goes on to advise a list of hardware (NUC etc.) required.

Please could somebody enlighten me?

We have a client that is currently using 2 Logitech Rally Cam (each in a different conference rooms) as their overhead camera for viewing/sharing architectural drawings. It was a great solution while it worked but now has issues that shows the Rally cam was not meant to be mounted on the ceiling.

Does anyone know of a PTZ cam the is not only ceiling mountable but meant to be mount on the ceiling? Secondarily, what about a cam that is meant to be ceiling mounted that just zooms in and out (no pan/tilt)?

My Zoom room displays keep showing a sharing passcode prompt, at random, both in meetings and not. (See photo). How can I get this to stop randomly appearing? I've tried turning off proximity detection for the room but that didn't seem to be what was causing it.

My team uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones with the group call pickup feature in order to pick up each other's calls.  What we are finding is that these phones will intermittently give out a momentary burst of white noise/static (while the alert tone is playing) whenever calls come in for other members of your GCP group.  Getting this recorded is nearly impossible because it is so intermittent. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

   We intend to use a Logitech Group setup with a NUC-type Windows 10 PC running Zoom rooms in a conference room. Normally, you need a controller to start and manage meetings, such as an iPad. Will the Logitech Group base station (the one with all the buttons) function as a Zoom Rooms controller, or does it not have all the features? Thanks in advance.
