That sounds like 2 Factor Authentication at work. Check with your IT department if you have one and see if they have enabled 2FA.

When you share content make sure that you are sharing audio as well. It should be an option in the drop down menu for sharing.

What browser are you using? The screenshot looks like it is displaying in plain text? Don't quote me but I have seen that type of screen with other apps in the past so I would check that first.
