using macro on Cisco SX20 to join via meeting ID only works for personal ID and not auto-generated

anyone has an idea on why when using the Macro/button to join via zoom crc on a cisco SX20/80, it only works when the 'Personal ID' is used, but if the meeting was set using an auto-generated Meeting ID it will not work?Thanks
