Hi all,

 

After the update Zoom made early this year, we started deploying this feature in all our Zoom Rooms. While the integration has been smooth with Exchange, we found that rooms that are using untethered iPad controllers don't seem to show the in-meeting controls when in a Teams meeting. All our rooms are using iPads as the controller with a majority wired to the network. A few of them wirelessly connect and using a Luxe mounting solution to allow mobility in some spaces.

 

I have checked the versions of Zoom room apps, including the iPad iOs versions to check for inconsistencies but are all same.

We have Teams Rooms for Android running on a Logitech Roommate with a Meetup as the camera, speaker, and microphone.  Teams meetings work as expected.  When joining a Zoom meeting from the Teams Rooms it loads a variant of the Zoom Android app.  Video and speaker work but the microphone comes up as "Unrecognized Microphone 1" and "Unrecognized Microphone 2" and no audio is captured.  Has anyone seen this before, is there a resolution?

No video no way Jose

Zoom does not show video to me or anyone else. Lenovo Inspiron 706 2n1, Windows 10, camera works fine on CAMERA app, all drivers updated, Zoom uninstalled / reinstalled, antivirus paused  Any ideas?  Thanks

I am running into an issue with a room, whenever someone is sharing their screen, the incoming video of the speaker is blacked out until someone else speaks and the issue carries over to the speaker. These rooms are running with a windows 10 PC. Please let me know if anyone else has ran into this issue and has some input.

Scheduler

I hope you can help me with this, it is a Crestron 760 touch panel with a light bar configured to be a zoom scheduler, problem is that when the room is reserved the light doesn’t change the color anymore, just the screen where it says “Busy” any idea... Show more

Hi All,

I am using few zoom rooms. Below are the details of what is installed:

1) Appliance: Logitech roommate 

OS Version: 1.8.574

App Version: 5.13.6

2) Controller: Logitech Tap

OS Version: 1.8.559

App Version: 5.14.0

 

We are using DHCP reservation for IP assignment on these devices.

 

Every few days i am getting, unable to connect to network. 
Attached are reference pictures. 

Any insights on what could be wrong here?

Cannot change Virtual backgrounds

Several posts seem to indicate a selection I do not appear to have. Settings >> meetings.. under in meeting advanced there is said to be a selection for Virtual backgrounds? Not on my Windows desktop. Clearly I must be missing something as this seems... Show more

Several posts seem to indicate a selection I do not appear to have.  Settings >> meetings.. under in meeting advanced there is said to be a selection for Virtual backgrounds? Not on my Windows desktop.  Clearly I must be missing something as this seems to be very basic. Change virtual backgrounds per meeting when necessary.

At two recent meetings I launched, one of the participants has the image frozen in the videos I show (part of the presentation). The audio still works but the video image freezes. It only happens to him with the videos, because the rest of the presentation does not give him problems. Also, the other participants have no problem and the recording of the meeting shows no freezing. I don't know if it is a matter of the signal of origin (mine) or a problem of the participant with its reception. What can I suggest to him?
