Hi All, today we updated our system (thanks to community help) so that it has the most current version of CollabOS and the app.  The RoomMate went from 1.7.433 to 1.8.576.  We're running a RoomMate, Rally, IP Tap, Swytch conifguration.  Once the update was complete and the system restarted, the Webex join button appeared on my IP Tap room controller.  However, I also previously had the boxes checked so that the Microsoft Teams and Google Meet buttons should also appear there.  I've tried unchecking the boxes, resetting, then checking the boxes and resetting, but that did not work.  Am I missing something?  We use Zoom, but we have partners that use Teams, and other partners that use Meet.  We've been making use of the Swytch to join those meetings but if we could use the full system to join with the Tap that would life much easier for us.   Thanks!

Previously, when using Zoom on our Spark Board, attendees that would call in, would display in separate windows on the spark board.  Now they display in one single window and the more attendees, the smaller they are in the single window.  On Windows PCs, they display in separate windows. 

 

Is there a way for me to set attendees to again display in separate windows on the Spark board?

Extended Camera Controls

Are there any plans for extended camera controls to be available on the zoom room controller? Brightness/White Balance/Focus would be great to have, instead of the suggested "cover the camera and then uncover so it re-adjusts" which looks very hacky ... Show more

Are there any plans for extended camera controls to be available on the zoom room controller?  Brightness/White Balance/Focus would be great to have, instead of the suggested "cover the camera and then uncover so it re-adjusts" which looks very hacky when it comes to a presentation...

 

Using Logitech hardware (rally bar, rally cam), they have their own adjustment software, but since it runs on the system, it's inaccessible while the zoom room app is running and so useless in this case.  it'd be great if we could have that level of control in the controller

I followed the instructions of both our AV team and the Zoom site, but the content I added to the default list isn’t updating or displaying on the screens. I uploaded my images, added to the list, made sure it was enabled, then saved. However I asked a colleague in one of the offices (I’m a remote worker) to check and they said the two new images I added are not in the carousel. Is there a way to refresh or reset the players?

Auto open after update Mac

Every time I update Zoom on my mMacs, the application opens after the installation. This is undesirable: all I want to do is update.

Hello,

We are facing an strange issue, we have a list of EXCHANGE Room mailbox that were created, and implemented with Zoom Room. 
We have made a modification on the email address. 
Now when we try on the Zoom Room profile to add external Calendar and select the new address and save it, goes to another tab and come back, the profile is not updated. When we do the same with the previous email address and save it, the profile stay and working.

 

Who can we make it for the new address ?

DTEN me and companion mode/pairin

I use a DTEN me and can pair easily with my work account. It works great. I also have 2 personal accounts - one free account and one pro account. I do not see a way of pairing these with my laptop when I am on either of these 2 accounts. Is there a w... Show more

I use a DTEN me and can pair easily with my work account.   It works great.

 

 

I also have 2 personal accounts - one free account and one pro account.

 

I do not see a way of pairing these with my laptop when I am on either of these 2 accounts.  Is there a way?

It is particularly helpful since sometimes the meeting URL are encrypted and I can't parse out the meeting ID and password?

 

I would think the DTEM me would show up as  zoom room on the pro account?  it worked in the past?

We have a Logitech Tap Scheduler associated with a Zoom Room. The display is only active from 7 am to 9:10 pm each weekday. I want to expand these hours but have no idea how to do that. Is this a Tap Scheduler setting or a setting on the Room Controller or something that I need to configure via Room Management on the Zoom.US account page. I have searched high and low and cannot recall how these times were set.

We install zoom room version 5.15.7.3094 in the PC, and connect this PC to another tablet.

Now we would use the tablet to be a controller to control PC but not install  zoom rooms controller.

And we expect to have control items on the tablet(same as picturecontrol items.PNG).

Please advise how to setup this.

We have seven Zoom Rooms and they are all using Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) tablets as controllers. They are all running Android 11 and version 5.15.7 of the Zoom Rooms app. The app is crashing frequently on all of the tablets. We had a ticket open with Zoom support for several weeks, and we provided multiple sets of logs and other information and they were not able to determine why that is happening. At this point, we are wondering if the tablets are simply too old and perhaps incompatible now. Is anyone else running this same tablet model as their ZR controllers successfully? Or does anyone have any other suggestions on what we might check? Thanks!
