My Zoom desktop version 6.0.11 (39959) (64 bits) is freezing right after I click any button, including "new meeting". It only works when I enter a meeting through a link sent by other people. I already tried uninstalling and installing again and running Windows' compatibility issues solutions, but it didn't work either.

I use a Logitech Tap with Zoom Rooms. When I connect my PC with an HDMI cable, content sharing and the ability to start a new Zoom meeting happens automatically. Can this be prevented? I want the Logitech Tap to stay on the home screen when I plug in the HDMI cable.

1. Constantly requesting updates
2. Continuously popping up even after quitting the app
3. Continuously loading and opening the app after force quitting

4. Continuously loading and opening the app after uninstalling
4. Persistently appearing in front of other apps

Driving me crazy and please advise me to deal with it. 

Hi Team, Can we limit users to reserving specific rooms such as All Hands space, training rooms, and board rooms, while allowing them to view and navigate the workspace reservations?
We have tried setting the status as "Under Construction", which prevents us from reserving, but that also throws a warning on those rooms' Zoom screen, so we stopped using that option.

My Eckankar church uses unique words not included in the Zoom CC dictionary.  How do I get Zoom to add a few words?  Or can I do it myself?

ECKANKAR is displayed as "eck and car", Sugmad as "soup mad", etc.

I was experiencing the "Cannot connect to Zoom Rooms" error when I was trying to connect a Crestron TS-770 and a Logi Tap IP to a Windows Zoom Room installation on a Dell Optiplex. Everything was just supposed to work as told by tech support from Zoom and Crestron.

Turns out, there is an inbound firewall rule in Windows Defender firewall you have to create for zrairhost.exe at port 9090. By default, the inbound rule is only created for the ZoomRooms.exe at port 9090. But further investigation led to us seeing only zrairhost.exe LISTENING at port 9090. Creating that rule and restarting the computer automagically let the TS-770 connect. Controls all worked fine.

To Zoom, could you please fix this for future installations of Zoom Rooms on a Windows PC? Either fix the firewall rule or create another one specifically pointing to zrairhost.exe

I've installed latest downloadable app for Android to an android touch panel and I can connect it to the zoom room using the pairing code after I log in to zoom. But this Android panel should not require users to log in. We need the panel to connect with the pairing code.
I log in to zoom with admin account and when I try to choose a location, there is an error similar to "Version 5.4... cannot select..." or similar.
This is unexpected since the running app version is more like 10.17...
Is there a reason the downloadable app will not allow permanent pairing like by entering the key for the room rather than the pairing code?
In the past I linked an iPad to the room and it remained regisered all the time.
I wondered if there is a flag to launch the controller in a mode that is not user dependent on the android tablets.

Hi, I need help to add all of my personal zoom contacts to the Zoom Room contacts list so they are avilable to anyone using the meeting rooms. We use Zoom's Newat conferance equiment in our office for our meeting rooms and we want all of our company's email acounts to be selectable on the Neat control pad. All the contacts are displaying under my personal contacts but they are not visable on the rooms contact list. I tried t oadd them all indervidualy as user's instead but when everyone recived an email to join, when they followed the link it said they connot join becasue we already have a zoom room licance and we will need to delete the licance first before they can join and they get it again after? is this rearly the only way? All I want is for my staff to be able to be invited to zoom's from the control pads without having to type out there email addresses each time. any help with this would be appreciated
