Within the Dashboard is it possible to place a room under maintenance?
Having it marked down or Red. when there is possible maintenance underway is not very helpful to ur statistics

Idea: Displaying Cisco Meraki location analytics on signage displays Not sure how this would be leveraged for all workplace environments but might be a super cool integration. To be able to walk into an environment and see a near-real-time heatmap of where everyone is on the floor on Zoom Room digital signage. Cisco has many ways of capturing this location data - Meraki Camera's + Wireless that is very accurate at this point. Who else would like to chat about the possibilities of location APIs of platforms many of us already have available to us?

We have identical rooms setup on version 5.8.3, one room allows hdmi presentation mode without starting a zoom meeting, the other room does not show that option, no activity when you plug in HDMI cable until you start a meeting. Rooms are identical in setup except room that works is using projectors the room that doesn't is using a TV.

I bought zoom events recently, but I have no idea how to install it into zoom so I can set it up. Can you please help? There isn't an option to launch. I thought maybe zoom events might magically appear inside my zoom account. I also login to the zoom events page, and there isn't an option for me to set up an event. I live in Australia. Thanks

Any particular reason why this isn't possible yet?
I do mediations by zoom. I set up multiple breakout rooms and move parties into the proper rooms. They start in the waiting room and then I admit them and move them. Once they are in their respective breakout rooms, one of the options if they click on "leave" is to return to the main meeting room. Once they do that I lose access to them and it shows them as not joined. Then the only thing I can do is leave the breakout rooms myself, which sends me back to the main meeting room, but then I often cannot send them back to a breakout room, and sometimes I myself cannot even join the breakout rooms as well. So, what I am wondering is whether there is a function that I can set that once I have moved all the parties into their respective breakout rooms, they do not have the ability to move back to the main meeting room. I still need to have the ability to move them from one breakout room to another, such as when I need to have a private conversation with an attorney and I pull them into my mediator's room, but then I send them back to their breakout room. But my issue is them having the ability to leave the breakout room and disappear. Any suggestions?
