Hi All, We have an issue with screen sharing from our cisco webex room kits. If the call is outbound to zoom (ie <meetingID>@zoomcrc.com the share content causes spinning wheel and fails. Preview works as expected. If i dial the system from zoom meeting and answer on the touch 10 to join the meeting the content sharing works perfectly. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve/troubleshoot? Cisco devices are registered to internal cisco call manager. Appreciate and tips.

Hello all, I'm having issues with the Zoom room used in my university course. We use the same room for every seminar and normally it's very convenient to just re-join the same room every week, but for some reason, for this course, the regular meeting link takes me into an empty room with nobody else there. No-one else in my class has this issue and the regular link works just fine for them, but my teacher has had to email me a new meeting link for each session for me to be able to join. I've never had any issues like this before and my university has been using Zoom since March 2020. I'm not receiving any error messages of any kind, just me alone in a meeting room that's supposed to have 15 other people in it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

Would like to know, does the Zoom room application requires to sign back in manually after a successful zoom room version upgrade? The version upgraded from 5.3.0 to 5.7.5
Olá amigos, Existe algum recurso do Zoom em que a função "Fechar todas as salas" fique restrito somente ao Anfitrão (Host) ? Existe a possibilidade de retirar este recurso do Co anfitrião (Co Host) ? Ou quem sabe pelo menos acrescentar uma flag: "Tem certeza de que deseja fechar todas as salas?"

Does "Zoom Room" support interpretation function? If yes, how can it be enabled or bought?
Has anyone had any experience in designing something like this... want to put in four screens, have it all linked to a single zoom appliance. Big challenge i think is how to you manipulate the content - so that you can see full screen persons on the far end of a call split between four screens.

Hi, Apologies for long-winded title. As a school, we have a basic Zoom accounts but we want to host a conference where four participants are visible and others sign in / join but can only have access to a chat facility to ask questions; no video / audio other than the four hosts. Is Zoom Rooms the answer I need or can I do this through a standard meeting and change some settings? Any help / suggestions much appreciated. Regards, Paul

hello all, recently provisioned a whole bunch of Poly X50/X30 rooms with Trio 8800 and 8500s as controllers with no real issues been stuck on a particular room with multiple trio 8500 refusing to provision the gist of the logs: |copy |4|00|DNS lookup failed for trio.zoom.us |cfg |4|00|Prov|Server did not respond to request for file 64167fde8cf6.cfg tried everything I could think of, DNS resolution on the network works fine but phones just refused to talk to it, wondering if anybody ran into this goofy problem, thanks

Is there a setting in ZOOM that allows my slides to go full screen to cover the black spaces?
This means the speaker pic will be on top of the slides. Thanks in advance
