When I go to choose my NDI outputs in Zoom Room, the list of people are still there, but the screen share's are gone now. This is in the past few days. It doesn't matter if the Zoom Room is sharing or the remote presenter is sharing. No more option to select their share as an NDI output.

Last week we, asem-solutions a certified AV partners of Zoom based in Belgium, have installed and tested the zoomroom version 5.12.0 and we had a show stopper issue. Our room is composed out of a zoomroom connected to 3 displays and a companion whiteboard. A shure ceiling microphone is connected via a virtual sound card running on the zoomroom PC connected to the 3 displays. When sharing content on the companion whiteboard or when sharing the whiteboard, remote participans could not hear me. When we stopped the sharing they could hear us. When stopping the session and starting the same session they could hear us There was no issue, when rolling back to 5.11.3, Anyone seen the same issue ?

Does anyone have experience using Zoom Rooms and the CC language translation service? We've assigned that license before to users, but have never used in Zoom Rooms.
Hi, I'm running Zoom Rooms and we managed to get direct join functionality working today. Once we invite the account to the meeting, we get the join button. Once I click join, MS teams launches on device, and it pops up and says "connecting," i can see my camera preview etc, but then it makes a disconnect sound and just exits back to the zoom rooms home screen. Zoom Rooms version 5.8.0 on a DTEN D7 Any ideas? Thanks!

Is it possible for a host to attend breakout rooms without the other participants knowing? Like monitoring it, such as being able to see the screen and be able to hear what is being discussed?
Hello,
I did choose the room functionality in my parameters, but still when I start a meeting, I don't see ther button to divide in groups.
What more should I do ?
Thanks in advance for your answers

We are looking at integrating our Exchange room calendars with Zoom Room software. Is anyone aware of any security concerns with doing this?
When we are installing a DSP the Microphone Input setting defaults to Zero. This CANNOT be adjusted from the controller. It must be done from the Admin page under Devices (which we might not have direct access to as an integrator). Is there a planned fix for this or a work around that we might be unaware of?

Hi all, I just integrated my Slack with Zoom. No issues in the past and this is a Zoom Pro account for work. Every time I type the "/zoom config" command in Slack, the Zoom bot sends me prompt for Zoom for Government. This is not a government job and we do not use Zoom for Government, so I don't know why it keeps doing this. I've attached the screenshot. At the blue circle at the top is the usual Zoom UI. The next blue circle below is what I get when I use the "/zoom config" command. Also, please let me know if this is in the wrong location. I could find one that Any guidance?
