Joining a Zoom Meeting from a Zoom Rooms Controller

Hey, I'm a technician at South Central College. We've been implementing zoom rooms in our classrooms and a couple of meeting rooms. We've been using the Elo 10" touchscreens for the classrooms, and everything has worked great. The only issue we have is whenever you try to join a zoom meeting using the Elo touch screen zoom room controller, it lets you type in the Meeting ID, but if there's a passcode, it doesn't pull up a keyboard/ keypad to type in the passcode. Wondering if the zoom community have any thoughts or input on that.

Is the problem you are having that the device you are using can only input numbers?

If so, you may want to ask your meeting host to set up a numeric-only passcode for you!
