Anybody encounter trying to do a screenshot on Android and it shows "Can't take screenshot due to security policy"?

This specifically happen in the "Sign in with Email", "Enter activation code" & "Sign out" page. 

 

I have tested on Android 4 ("KitKat") which is fine it doesn't show the error and can screenshot

On Android 5 and above it will show the error and no screenshot is taken.

 

Is this done on purpose?

Poly Group 500 Calendar registration failed via Zoom API connector

Poly Group 500 Calendar registration failed via Zoom API connector. 

I tried deleting the profile and restarted but calendar also can't register.

 

Zoom API connector 5.8

Poly Group firmware 6.2.2.2

 

Anyone also experience this issue?  Thanks.

List all zoom rooms in my organization

I have an admin account through my organization. But I don't see the zoom rooms listed on my account page under Room Management > Zoom Rooms . What do I need to do to see them all listed? Often staff want to reserve a room, but they don't know who is... Show more

I have an admin account through my organization. But I don't see the zoom rooms listed on my account page under Room Management > Zoom Rooms . What do I need to do to see them all listed? Often staff want to reserve a room, but they don't know who is the current host and who to contact. I was hoping, that at least as an admin I should be able to look up this information. Any other solutions are welcome.

Interaction of Zoom Room SW Audio Processing Enabled while Using an Audio DSP

Zoom Room has fully integrated background systems including an audio DSP for the mic's and speakers.  When using the Zoom Room, the mic's are sensitive and pick up whispers, pen taps, coffee mugs being set down, squeaking chairs etc.., all of which disrupts the remote speaker when he/she presents.  Obviously, muting the Zoom Room stops that audible noise.  Have worked with AV engineers to tweak the DSP configurations, settings and gating and even tried a couple of filters.  Still, the audible background noise intrusion is disruptive. 

 

And the in-room participants do not want to mute the room.  This has gone all the way through to the CEO and VP's who are saying that we should be able to alleviate the background noise while maintaining the sound of the remote presenter/speaker.

 

Has anyone else faced similar issues and were you able to overcome?  Has anyone tried enabling the software audio processing on the Zoom Room despite having your own DSP?  And even further, enabled advanced noise suppression to mitigate?

Resolved! Zoom Room Calendar Credentials

Hello, 

 

I am getting a "the calendar credentials are either expired or invalid" error on the controller Poly TC8. However, everything checks out Green lit within the Admin Center. Anyone has any ideas?

I have a Pc with windows 10 Pro,  that has a RALLY Logitech Camera and 2 televisions connected and I want to install the zoom rooms and and also I have an ipad that I also want to install the zoom rooms to share and that the partipants in my conference room can they present, is it possible?

How do I unmute waiting room from security while in a meeting it is muted?

I changed some settings and for the life of me can't seem to find a way to unmute the waiting room when I'm in a meeting. I have the waiting room set up, and once meeting starts I don't want to have to manually let people in so used to click "Enable ... Show more

I changed some settings and for the life of me can't seem to find a way to unmute the waiting room when I'm in a meeting. I have the waiting room set up, and once meeting starts I don't want to have to manually let people in so used to click "Enable Waiting Room" on the security tab?

 

What do I do to get it back online working?

Cisco O365 Calendar integration not working wtih Zoom CRC

Im trying to get the CRC working with our Cisco Webex and SX80 endpoints.

For the moment im just trying to focus on deployment with the SX80 before moving on to the WebEx Room  unit.

I did setup an O365 calendar resource which shows synced and watched to the unit. Connection status shows Synced and is Provisioned.

However, when I add a meeting via outlook I am unable to get the room to auto connect, show one touch join, or even list the event on the factory touch panel. the calendar window is blank.

When I add the event i am using the outlook Zoom meeting plugin to generate the link.

The PMI I assigned to the Cisco unit does show for starting an instant meeting so that confirms that the CRC is talking to it.

Any suggestions on what I am missing?

When I forward meeting invites to meeting rooms, I don't get confirmation emails that the meetings were accepted.  The meetings don't appear in the Zoom Rooms Controller app on the iPad or Zoom Rooms app on the Mac Mini.

However, if I create new meetings and invite the rooms as participants, that works fine.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
