Zoom Rooms dropping out when attendees join Meeting

Zoom Rooms v 5.11.0 running on Windows 11 on a 12th gen Intel comp is dropping out of Zoom Meetings as attendees are joining a session. Currently the sessions only have 30 or so attendees total. It will immediately re-join the Zoom Meeting after dropping and this all occurs over a period of about 15 seconds but we loose program audio and video from the Zoom Room into the meeting during that time. Is this a known bug? Could an attendees Zoom Meeting version or device type be causing this? Thanks very much for any info. @Rupert have you seen this?

Can you go to the dashboard / zoom rooms and report what information the room registration reports?
