We just transitioned ~150 phone numbers over to Zoom phone. Some of these numbers are toll-free, some local, some 800, etc. We have 3 numbers setup as a call queue. However, we have no way to see the incoming call history for any of these 3 phone numbers assigned to the call queue. None of the users assigned to the queue have any call history in their zoom app when customers call the numbers assigned to this call queue. For example, the 3 phone numbers (888) 662-7760, (716) 260-1756, (888)662-7751 When customers call any of the above 3 phone numbers, Cindy, Stacy and Sam all receive the calls, however there is no record of the caller in their zoom app call history. Furthermore, from the admin console, there's no call record to be found for those numbers either. What are we doing wrong? Is there a way to see call history for call queues with caller ID/callers number?
are all assigned to a call queue "Example call queue" with users Cindy, Stacy, Sam in the queue.

Hi,
I have a user who's direct calling on his extension is not working. From what I Can find all other users' are working fine. It's only his. I compared his profile to another user's and cannot find any differences at all. for example let say his company number is +41 245 154 000 and his extension is 314. Essentially if you phone +41 245 154 314 it needs to ring with him. The extension is configured correctly and when you phone the number it rings but doesn't seem to ring with anyone. I checked the related posts but didn't see anything like this.
Thanks.

Looking for info on the difference between these two items? I want to have a customer call and "dial 1" for one department and "dial 2) for another dept. It seems like with an auto responder, I can set up my own custom message and have customers dial the three digit extensions that I have set up. It seems like the IVR will do the same however just require me to just press "1" or "2" and then pick an option where that lets you route the call. I am assuming that I would have the ability to set up "sub" menus where I can say something like "for all other calls, press 3" and then that routes to a different IVR? with more options? I am just a little confused with the difference between these items and the hierarchy Is there any benefit to one vs the other? Other then pressing only a single digit vs three digits to get to an extension? Any info is greatly appreciated!

When typing in numbers to dial a call, is there a way to have Zoom Phone format the numbers in your local setting? For example, I'm in the US, and would like to see the numbers format xxx-xxx-xxxx. This makes it easier to see if you typo the phone number. Vs trying to find the typo when looking at xxxxxxxxxx.

Hey, I grew up with analog dial phones. I see NO info anywhere on how to set up a phone on my end, if I sign up for ZOOM Phone. I have an old analog desk phone. so IF I sign up for Zoom Phone, can I use it and if so, what am I connecting to? Modem? Router? Computer? What? OR, do I have to buy a phone. Also, I do interviews via phone using a telephone interface. Can I use it? Alex Stan

Hello, I have several Zoom phone numbers that come up as a suspected scam when I call customers. I operate from Australia.
Any ideas on how to prevent this?
Thank you for your help.

I subscribed to a plan to receive messages for my political campaign office. When I test it by dialing the number to leave a message, the greeting message plays, followed by a system greeting message. After I leave the message, I cannot retrieve it from the desktop or my cell phone. How can I fix it so that my custom greeting is the only one heard and I can playback messages?
