Zoom Business phone call showing up as spam

I have zoom health business account. For some reason some of my clients are reporting that my call shows up as SPAM. How do I fix this? I'm located in Ontario, Canada by the way.

This has happened several times to our callees as well. I'm based in California and our callers are from various area codes throughout the states.

Someone please help and address...
