This month (in February) the WEBVTT file has a starting point of 1:25:06.000. I have the full meeting recorded to the cloud and the video and audio files are all complete but this VTT file seems to be missing the first half of the meeting.

Also, the chat log shows a chat message was sent to the whole group at 4:29:40 but the meeting was only 3:15 long so maybe there was an issue with the Zoom cloud recording or maybe this is indicative of another issue.

Regardless, does anyone know if there is any way to get the the transcript from the first hour and 25 minutes of the meeting?

More detail: It is my practice that when a new person joins the meeting, I welcome them in the chat so that everyone know they have joined and I can note in the meeting minutes that they joined the meeting at a specific time. These times (e.g. 00:17:24) do not correspond to the time noted in the video recording. For example at the 8 minute mark, I show a participant joining the meeting in the video recording, but in the chat they don't seem to have joined until 00:20:15.

I have never heard of this / seen this one before.  A board member is using a plug-in camera with a desktop, Logitech brand (I do not know the model # yet).

It was working for him until about November (and this being for other platforms too - not just Zoom). At some point, he explains, it stopped sending his video to others in a call. It is not covered, and he can see himself in his square, but they can't see him!  Testing using zoom.us/test to check his mic, speaker and camera, everything looks right. But join a meeting, his video square is just blank/black.  Permissions are in place to allow apps to use the camera.

But then weirdest thing - today with some testing, he discovers that when in White Board mode, or in Screen Sharing mode (someone else sharing), suddenly, they can see him!

I walked him through removing the device drivers entirely, then plugging it back in to auto-detect. Checked the permissions (as noted), re-installing the app (again this affects any video platform he uses too though).

Anyone ever seen this before?  Got any other ideas?

is there a way to force a lower starting resolution and a fixed frame rate so that it does not change as the content changes?

we are trying to record the output via Zixi and get loss of input because the resolution changes when we turn our cameras on vs test signal.

Was invited to join an external training on Zoom and received the link.
We don't use ZOOM at work, so did not have a ZOOM account nor the app, and joined through the browser link.

Could connect to the meeting, but it did not start yet. So I disconnected.
Bit later, I joined again but could not, because received the message that I already joined this meeting on another device.  (which was not the case, because I disconnected)
Have tried everything:
- Restart the browser.
- Restart the laptop.
- Tried to access from my mobile phone.
etc.
But kept getting this message.

Then tried to access through another email, but that was not possible because the link was apparently attached to a specific email.

Created an account specifically to submit a ticket, but you can't submit a ticket with the free account.
So here I am trying through the community option.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi. I am about to give up on this idea. I've been working for days trying to fix an issue where only my voice can be heard on zoom meetings. None of the participants' voices can be heard. This is ONLY WHEN USING MY ADAPTER AND EXTERNAL MONITOR.

I bought a brand-new LG monitor and OEM Apple lightning to HDMI, and brand-new cables are being used, both HDMI and lightning cable. I've gone over sounds and settings and can't find anything else to tweak.

When I installed the adapter, it told me to wait until it was finished installing. It never said it did finish, so I rebooted at some point. When the iPad came back on and I started a meeting, I could hear the participants. When I closed that meeting and tried again, no participants' voices could be heard going forward.

Today I started off by restarting my iPad. I had to disconnect everything because, once again, no one could be heard on my end. Once I disconnected the adapter from my iPad and rejoined the meeting, everything was fine.

I have researched my tail off and can't find a solution.  So before I return everything, including the new monitor, does anyone have any suggestions? It DID work twice, but then not again. That just doesn't make sense to me.

Thank you in advance.

I am using iPad 9th Gen.
LG 27” IPS LED FHD AMD FreeSync Monitor (HDMI, DisplayPort)

Apple OEM cables
Brand-new HDMI cable that came with the monitor

Can not reenter zoom call

I was trying to exit the zoom call and lost my menu bar so the host removed me so I could fix my problem and then reenter.  Now I can't reenter because I was removed.  Is there any way to fix this?

I currently use Zoom as my remote platform when hosting podcast guests. I am in my studio with multiple local cameras and I record (and save) the Zoom feed of the guest. When I "pin" the guest on my monitor, and then go full screen, I only "see" the guest. But my recording changes to whomever the active speaker is or it will do gallery, or side by side. I want to PIN the camera to a single person - and no matter who is speaking, I want the recording to remain on that PINNED person. I can get a dedicated audio file from each person but I cannot figure out how to get a dedicated video file.

Thank you in advance
