I've done every single troubleshooting item listed for Windows and a Dell computer, and yet my camera just mysteriously stopped working for zoom last two weeks. I've updated drivers, updated zoom, restarted, checked camera settings for the app on Windows. It still won't work. Has anyone found anything that works beyond the listed troubleshooting items on the help page????? Camera works fine with everything else.

Hello,

 

I have trouble with Zoom calls dropping constantly. This does not happen with any other formats such as Teams, Google meet, Slack, etc. My internet provider has been out multiple times and has confirmed everything is ok. They have replaced the router/modem, cables and connectors.

I deleted my Zoom app and re-installed it with the latest version.

Is there a setting or something potentially off that would cause for Zoom calls only to drop so much?

upgrading an existing zoom meeting if the attendance gets too big - does the same zoom login work?

disappearing meeting

Meeting Passcode Is Missing On Ipad

Other devices require Meeting Passcode to join the conference on my ipad via ZOOM.

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Zoom client for Android with HD video. But I'm not getting good results

Specifically, I tried the Zoom client on Multiple Samsung Galaxy phones (S10+ and another newer model - I think S22 ultra), when using the rear camera, the app uses the ultra wide camera, no way to switch to another one, and when zooming it doesn't automatically switch. Instead, you get a very grainy video from the digital zoom. This is very frustrating since to get any decent framing of the subject right in front of you using the ultra wide camera you need lots of digital zoom, which makes the video quality be very bad.

I did test an iPhone for comparison, and it seems like in iOS, the app does switch the camera when zooming. Which is the behavior one would expect on Android as well. The video feed looks 10 times better on an otherwise comparable camera hardware.

I did try to update Zoom client to the latest version (5.17.11.20383), but that didn't solve the issue.

I suppose this should be easily reducible since in my experience it's pretty consistent.

Trying to blur my background using Mac OS and can't find any place to change the setting. I've had it before but no longer. I have updated my computer and have the following:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8257U CPU @ 1.40GHz. Supposedly, there should be the option, but nothing in sight.
