How Does Enterprise Version Update

How does the enterprise version of zoom update? We have deployed the version with the option to 'auto update' in the 'Fast' channel, but does the app need to be opened in order for the update to apply, or does it update behind the scenes without the ... Show more

Basic Screen Share Missing

Hello. I am trying to set up hosting from Zoom and when I select "screen sharing", the "Basic" tab/button is missing. I just see "Screens/ Documents/ Advanced" at the top of the screen, but Basic is not there. I've checked online but can't see anything. I'm not sure if this is an Apple security issue or a Zoom issue? 

 

I am using version 6.0.2

MacBook Pro M3

Resolved! Gallery navigation arrows appear on desktop and remain on top of all windows

Following the upgrade to the new version 6.0.0 client, we started seeing the blue/white gallery navigation arrows randomly appearing on top of all other windows. The spacing, however, is not the same since there is no video preview between them. Exiting the client makes them go away. Changing the color theme from light to dark or dark to light also makes them go away.  Following a reboot and sign in to the client, they come back.

 

This problem continues with the latest release 6.0.3.

 

So far, I have only seen this in Windows 11.

 

No error codes are displayed and meetings continue to work normally. It's just a visual distraction. Clicking on them doesn't do anything.

Resolved! My 1132 Appeal was Approved but Mac Still Gives 1132 Error

What am I supposed to do?  I uninstalled and installed the newest version, I cleared my cookies.  Why am I getting the error again?

When i attempt to sign in to an account or join a metting either from the browser extension or the app it gives me error code 1132. I have tried reseting my router, uninstalling and reinstalling, making different accounts, and the chrome extension but nothing helps and i dont have live chat support. I have a meeting in 1 hour please help. I am using windows with the latest version of zoom.

probably zoom must elevate their standards and realize their underpaid deep fried diet employees are not good at maintaining any sort of standards. Zoom which no one heard of before the pandemic has the audacity to hijack my computer. I will take them to courts

Technology Requirements (or suggestions) for Zoom use

I tutor students via Zoom; I am updating my documents I send to families.  

Currently I have:  Operating System:  Windows 7 or later/ Mac OSX Snow

                                  Processor:  2 Ghz minimum

                                  RAM:  4GB minimum

 

I feel these are antiquated.  Does anyone have
