項目の意味合いがいまいちわからず困っております。

聞きたいこととしては2つあります。

- 「ユーザー別」「ミーティング別」の各項目の意味合いについて。詳細に記載のあるドキュメントがあれば共有いただけると助かります

- 「ユーザー別」の「ミーティング時間(分)」とはユーザー自身が作成したミーティングでの利用時間でしょうか。もしくはユーザーが参加したミーティングの利用時間でしょうか。もしそうだった場合、ユーザー自身の参加した時間のみが表示されているのでしょうか

 

「ミーティング別」で出力したものと突合みると、数があまり合わないような気がしています。

To aggregate how much active users use Zoom each month, we output data from Generate Active Hosts Report.

Basically, I want to check the usage status of users.

 

I'm having trouble understanding the meaning of the items.

There are two things I would like to ask you.

- Regarding the meaning of each item "by user" and "by meeting". It would be helpful if you could share any documents with detailed information.

- Does "Meeting time (minutes)" under "By user" refer to the time spent in meetings created by users themselves? Or maybe the amount of time spent in meetings that the user participated in? If so, are only the times the user himself/herself participated displayed?

 

When I compare it with what I output for "by meeting," I feel like the numbers don't quite match.

Even after looking at the documentation, I'm still having trouble understanding it.

I have a paid service and I play a video with audio which I want to share screen with other participants. I have done this for over a year or more without any issues. Last evening and today I found the video played fine on the shared screen computer but on participants computers the video played fine but the audio kept dropping out numerious times whilst the video played. It was so bad that I had to disbandon the meeting. I tried it again today with other videos I have played in the past without a hitch but I have the same problem now happening on these payed videos. Has zoom changed something that is impacting on our playing videos. We have a weekly zoom meeting and I am rather bothered about this. Can you give me some support please

We are hosting a meeting for our board where we need to allow them to 1) vote via the poll function ajnd 2) unmute themselves (after we do) to ask a question.  But we don't want to see all the video off boxes in the Gallery OR Speaker view.  I have attended other board meetings when this has happened but can't seem to enable it in Meeting mode.  I know Focus disabled video to each participant but the black boxes are still visiblewith participant names.  Any ideas?

Zoom Q8 Camera shows Full 4 hour video on camera but only hour on SD Card display on Lenovo

Hey, I mostly use the Q8 for music captures but sometimes I use it for addtitional security for the house when I am at work or something. Today I recorded it for 4 hours while I was out and it shows this full 4 hours on the camera's file display. But when I load it up on the computer, it only shows about 56 minutes. Furthermore, I changed the name of the file to make it easier to find on the laptop and now it only shows the 56 minute version on the computer and not at all on the Q8. In fact, files on there with any other name other than the 'Zoom insert number' they were given automatically are not coming up on the Q8 either (only on the computer). 

 

Additionally, different issue but at some point OBS (which I use for streaming with the Q8) stopped detecting the video and only displays the audio now. Anyone help with any of these issues? Thanks.

What are the instructions if you’re using an iPhone? The zoom recording was done using my phone and the file is on my phone. My laptop crashed so I can’t use that method.

Past Meeting Duration?

I am trying to determine the length of a previous meeting and am unable to find that information.  Does anyone know how to look that up?
