Resolved! Chat Setting During Meeting
Hi everyone, I noticed recently that you cannot change chat settings during a meeting as a host. I know that this topic on enable/disable chat has been discussed before and I know where to change it, but it doesn't work recently. When I click Security - Allow participants to: Chat, it won't check off. When I click Chat - ... - Participant can chat with: no one / host and co-host, still participants' messages are sent and can be viewed by everyone after I changed the setting. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Cloud Recording Viewing
In reference to the message: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." on the cloud recording. The trouble shooting for this reads: "The original recording was deleted or in the trash bin. Contact the owner of the recording so they can try to recover the recording from the trash bin." under the FAQ section. The bottom line is I do NOT have these recordings in the trash bin. Any suggests to why this might be happening? TIA

Resolved! Can I create multiple registration links for same event so members pay and non-members don't?
Hi, I run a small member-based nonprofit and am trying to offer a webinar series that is free for my members and $10 for non-members. Can't figure out how to create separate registration links to send to these two different audiences. Anyone know how???

Transferring meetings and webinars between devices
This says that as of version 5.7.6 we should see ongoing meetings under the Home tab on Windows computers or under Meet & Chat on Android devices. This isn't working for me tonight. Can anyone comment if this requires a person to have a paid account? Does this only work for meeting Hosts, or is this supposed to be working for participants as well?

Resolved! Can’t install 5.7 on iPad running IOS 10.3.3 anymore
I had Zoom 5.7.4 installed on my iPad 4 (IOS 10.3.3). I reset it to give to my sister-in-law. I attempted to reinstall Zoom (now 5.7.5) and now it says I can’t install it because it requires IOS 11 or later! What’s the deal here? Apple won’t upgrade beyond IOS 10.3.3 on the iPad 4 and now I am between a rock & a hard place!

Using SSO account on iPad and Macbook
Saw on the FAQ that it is possible to use Zoom on multiple devices (1 laptop/1 tablet/1 phone). However it doesn't seem to be working using Single Sign On (licensed) account. It keeps logging out and it's so troublesome because it's a school generated account.

Resolved! Zoom meeting on Zoom Client showing up as "not a Zoom Meeting"
Help! I cannot figure out why this is happening. I synced my Office 365 and Google to Zoom, my Zoom meetings are now showing up in my Zoom client, but they are tagged as "not a Zoom meeting." Any suggestions?
