Hello, I have an issue where after installing zoom on my Ubuntu Mate 20.04 (running copiz), I see zoom running in the taskbar but the main window is about 10x10 pixels. I can not resize. I did try to delete ~/.zoom folder and restart. Same issue. I installed zoom using both ways. I did uninstall the previous version first before installing the next version. 1. Downloaded deb file from zoom website and installed it $ sudo dpkg -i zoom-version.deb 2. Installed it using flatpack Does anyone knows what might be the issue. I did try to chat with support but the bot is too horrible to understand that I need to chat with people so I can provide any logs they might ned to resolve this issue. $ flatpak info us.zoom.Zoom Zoom - Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Webinars, Screen Sharing ID: us.zoom.Zoom Commit: ce384fddb07dc50731858f655646da71f93fb6d6d22e9af308a5e69051b4c496 I am staying on the flatpack version for now. Please let me know if there are any logs or any information I can provide or how can I contact developers/support. EDIT: Btw suggested library " is not available on Ubuntu 20.04. People, On Linux I can use guvcview to adjust the zoom, pan and tilt of the camera but after I enter the Zoom meeting, the settings are quite different! - eg the zoom is much greater. Using guvcview this camera can be zoomed to a max of 500 but in the Zoom meeting it looks more like 2,000 . . how can I control the camera settings from inside the Zoom meeting? Thanks, Phil.

Before I start a meditation with a client on Zoom, I like to play background music on a CD player located beside me. Lately my clients have told me that they cannot hear the music well, that it fades in and out. What can I do to insure the music can be heard through the same microphone at the same time I a reciting certain words?

When I am in a 1080p Meeting, and when I am sending 1080p just fine, if I become Active Speaker when an iPad is joined elsewhere in the meeting, or when an iPad Participant pins me, me sending resolution drops to 720p - and all other participants in the meeting see my drop in video quality, from 1080p to 720p, on their desktop clients. This only happens in Meeting, not Webinar (where I am able to set the "always send 1080p" option) Does anyone know if this is expected behavior?

I was wondering if when the session is being recorded, can the host see the what we are doing on the screen without screen sharing?
Zoom is brilliant but i have a huge workload and getting a bit desperate with something that I think could be improved. When I ask people to register for meetings only half of the info they put in the fields comes through in the notification email. Then I have to sign into Zoom, look up the speicific meeting and then look at the list of registrants, find that person and open it to see the information. I do this every time someone registers and it's a terrible waste of time! I can't see why all the info that customers enter doesn't come into the notification email. I have asked for this development (at least 6 months ago) and programming-wise would have thought it was an easy no-brainer??

I’ve just updated my Zoom software on my iMac. But when I sent an invite for a call this afternoon- my Mac kept saying “Connecting “ and then didn’t. At one stage it did connect - but picture and no sound! I tried again with another recipient, and all worked fine. It seems a bit hit and miss- and I’ve got 2 very important trainings to run on Thursday and Friday, so I need it working 100%. any tips or hints to make sure everything is working properly?

- When I join the meetings, I was out from the meetings every 5 minutes. Sometimes, it automatically re-join the room again for me but sometimes, I have to join again by myself. It kick me out every 5 minute and that make me angry. I don't know why. - If it does not kick me out, zoom will be not responding and never respond again if I do not close and open it again. So I have to join again. Please help me I do not know what problems am I facing and how to solve it Thank you for all your help.
