Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please.

I have a series of Powerpoint talks originally designed for 'in person' presentations via a projector and large screen. Because of this, the photographs used in the Powerpoint are high res largish file sized images [~4-5Mb]. I have recently been giving the same presentations over Zoom and showing the Powerpoint via screen share. On several occasions I have been informed by some of the attendees that there is often quite a time lag between what I as presenter have on my screen and what they as attendees can see - sometimes as long as ~20 seconds. This means that I am giving my spiel but it makes no sense as they have the wrong image.  I know our home wifi is a bit slow but I don't experience the same issue if I am an attendee at someone else's presentation. 

So I wondered if it would make any difference if I went through and replaced all the images with much lower file size versions suitable for viewing on a laptop?

I can't quite find out if what is transmitted via the internet to the attendees is the data from the Powerpoint presentation (and therefor a lot of data because of the image file size) or whether it is just a rendered version of what is showing on my screen and therefor just my screen resolution that is transmitted and the original file size is irrelevant?

I hope I have explained that well enough?? I assume the later and changing files will make no difference but wanted to check!

Our zoom account (pro I think) recording settings are ticked for: 

 - allow hosts to record / save the meeting / webinar to the cloud
- Record active speaker with shared screen (what we want!)
- Record gallery view with shared screen
- Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately (ticked active speaker, gallery view, shared screen)

However, recently both a meeting and webinar have recorded the many files, but the 'shared screen with speaker' (or gallery) view only display the shared screen? I'm not getting a recording combining the speaker with their shared screen (what we need!) 

I am logged in as host, manually pausing recording for the pre-discussion then starting recording when commencing. When I start the recording, it gives me the option to record locally or to the cloud, and I'm selecting cloud. 

What do I need to change for it to record the combined shared screen with speaker?

Hi there,  I was wondering if there was a way to retrieve the video from a classroom meeting even though I didn't record it on my end.  It's a pretty serious situation where some baseless accusations are being made, and I was hoping that the complete video might help me prove my case.  At the very least, is there someone I can contact to dig a little bit deeper into seeing if retrieval of this video is possible?  Thanks.

このせいでセミナーが途切れ途切れになってしまい参加者の皆様の熱量が下がってしまい契約率が下がってしまいます。

何が原因でしょうか？こちらのパソコンはiMac２４インチでメモリは１６ギガで、バージョンは最新です。

I have created my poll successfully, but Zoom does not seem to allow me to have only ONE choice.  My poll is for an election within our organization and in some instances there is only one nomination (the incumbent).  Does anyone know how to delete option 2?

I'm looking to build an app using the attendee data on zoom. The aim is to create a leaderboard for employees having video on the max number of times in a month. We are looking into ways of increasing video participation. For doing the above task is it possible to extract attendee information and information about whether they switched on their videos or not during the meeting directly from zoom API?
