Problems creating a meeting
When attempting to create a meeting it says there is a problem and to refresh. When I do it still gives me the same error.

When attempting to create a meeting it says there is a problem and to refresh. When I do it still gives me the same error.
Hi, I am on an Apple Laptop and scheduled a meeting. When I went to start the meeting at the scheduled time I got a message that said I was already in a session and " did I want to end the other session?" I had choice for me to leave the meeting or end the session . This last option kicked off everyone who was already in the session waiting. As a host how an I prevent this from occurring in future ?

Getting message that states "something went wrong" when saving a schedule meeting and the ask to refresh screen.
This just started. Did not have this problem before.
Hi All, Zoom "crashes" when I attempt to launch from my laptop- I can log oin- change settings etc. When starting a meeting I'm redirected to a blue screen saying my device needs to shut down and information needs to be gathered- Then my lap top restarts. Any suggestion?

For the past year I've been struggling with sharing 720p video. I already uninstall the Zoom application and reinstall it from the Window App Store. This didn't fixed the problem. I struggle with this for too long any help with be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If I set up a zoom meeting from my work computer and set it to automatically record from the local computer, does it still record if I attend that meeting using my home computer? In other words, if I don't start that meeting from my work computer will it still record at the work computer?

I have had this happen twice. I pinned myself so I record only me on the video, (participants are in a line above) then randomly someone else's face shows up in the main box and I am not able to get myself back into the center position. The video records is a grey silhouette. This is not intentional from the participant, it just randomly happens. Can't find any answers to why. Please advise if you know. Thank you.

The recording has too much space used to show a FEW of the participants on the recordings. In fact it is the Host plus 3 other participants.
I don't want to lose the participant panel, just remove it from the recording.
Hi, I set up meetings for my boss, so I am the host but as I don't attend the meeting I always enable 'allow participants to start meeting before host at any time' but this sometimes doesn't work and participants can't join the meeting unless I start the meeting. Why is that? if I need to start the meeting what's the point of that feature? I'm always logged in, on my phone and laptop so it's not because I'm not logged in. Does anyone who why this happens? Thanks, Kathy
