Hi,

I need assistance. We want to request for a vanity URL. I looked for tutorials and articles online but it wasn't much of a help. I can't find the section for vanity URL in our Account Profile.

 

I can only see the following sections: Basic Information, Account Support Information, Registration Pages, Communication Content Storage Location, Transit Data, Link Accounts to an organization.

 

Hope someone can help.

Hi, I have a pro account and some participants have been unable to join breakout rooms. They get an error message that it has timed out, even though they are trying to join immediately after I open the rooms.  both are just using the link (browser version, not the full app).  Some are joining using work computers and are therefore unable to download the app, how can I resolve this for them?

I have previously created a recurring meeting without a fixed time and added my colleague there as a co-host. How can I give the "ownership" of that event to my colleague? It would be ok to remove my own admin status regarding this meeting because I'm not facilitating these meetings anymore. We don't want to create a new meeting because we have already shared the link with the participants previously and they should be able to use this same link. Right now, my colleague is added as a co-host, but she can't control polls which would be necessary.

previous meetings zoom

hi all

i was using free version of zoom to host my meeting now i need to review my past meeting if i subscribe will i be able to check my previous meetings as i need to know who joined my last session

The Zoom for GSuite Add-on looks like it changes settings incorrectly when you click Update Meeting.

I can schedule for someone else in the Zoom for Gsuite Addon in google calendar. However when I go back in to add an alt host or turn on waiting room or turn off "Only signed in users can join" and click Update Meeting it looks like it changes the me... Show more

I can schedule for someone else in the Zoom for Gsuite Addon in google calendar.  However when I go back in to add an alt host or turn on waiting room or turn off "Only signed in users can join" and click Update Meeting it looks like it changes the meeting Back to Myself.   In the web portal the settings are correct.

 

Dear Zoom, please fix and adequately test this add on!

You are freaking out our assistants who schedule for other people.

"Color Blind" persons can't navigate Zoom well.

How about someone at Zoom coming up with a "color blind" feature of Zoom so people with color blindness can overcome their handicap. One judge in particular has this problem and he can't tell if people are muted when the red light covers the micropho... Show more

How about someone at Zoom coming up with a "color blind" feature of Zoom so people with color blindness can overcome their handicap.  One judge in particular has this problem and he can't tell if people are muted when the red light covers the microphone.  Is there already an application or an option or feature that will help him and others with his handicap on Zoom?  Please let me know.  Thank you.

Closed caption issues in meetings

When closed captions are enabled by the Host of the meeting, I find that the following issues occur: Speech that is translated to text comes in 4 or 5 lines at a time and there’s a long pause between their appearances. The time they stay on the scree... Show more

When closed captions are enabled by the Host of the meeting, I find that the following issues occur: 

 

  1. Speech that is translated to text comes in 4 or 5 lines at a time and there’s a long pause between their appearances. The time they stay on the screen is so brief that even a fast reader like myself can’t keep up. 
  2. When someone enters text in chat, the chat window appears as an overlay on the captions and it becomes difficult to read the captions.

 

How do I change the format of the captions so that 

 

  1. Text appears within couple of seconds after they are spoken and appears no more than 2 lines at a time.
  2. Chat window can be moved to the side so it does not block the captions. 

???

 

Also, the caption font that appear on the screen is small - please make it possible for the user to enlarge it if needed even for folks with glasses.

Music and Professional Audio being collapsed

I have found that when in a meeting using Music and Professional Audio, High Fidelity Music Mode and Stereo Audio, if someone joins the Meeting using Telephone Audio (using a Zoom dial-in phone number) the audio quality of the entire meeting gets dropped back regular quality (and mono) for everyone in the meeting, on any client.

 

Does anyone else notice this problem?
