Hello, I have the same student taking class on saturday from 10-11 am and Thursday from 5-6 pm. The class repeats on a weekly basis. However, I have to create a seperate meeting for each day since they are at different times. Is there a way I can have the same class link for the student? Right now, I had to create two seperate classes. Thanks

Hello I just loaded Zoom as a free user account. I cannot figure anything out on my own I need some help please. First what I would like to do is, make some video phone calls. I would like to call a person and interview them for 15-30 minutes and record the interview to later place on my facebook page. I have a landline telephone and can use a desktop computer, or do I have to use a smart phone and the zoom app? Is this possible using zoom? Thank you

In our corporate Zoom admin portal (https://<company_name>.zoom.us/account/user#/), when we click on "Export"->"All users in the table", the resulting report has a column for "Login Type" which seems to only allow ONE value (either "Single Sign-On" or "Work Email"). In our organization, the majority of our users are SSO only authenticated. However, we have a handful of users who have BOTH Single Sign-ON *and* Work Email assigned to their account - we call them "dual-auth" but we cannot accurately report on those accounts since the field of "Login Type" only seems to export one value (not both). The report does not seem deterministic about which one will show up in that "Login Type" which means that some of those dual-auth accounts show up as "Work Email" and others show up as "Single Sign-On" so it is very difficult to accurately identify those unique dual-authentication scheme accounts. Anyone encountered this before and found a way around it? Or is there a feature request out to Zoom for this already?

I have a user that has recorded Zoom meetings locally and the audio on these videos is not there. Is there a way to retrieve the audio from these meetings or are they lost?
I would like to know if there is a shortcut (currently or in the planning) for admitting someone (or a group) into a Zoom meeting. As of this moment the only method for doing so that I see is with a mouse click. Any thoughts?
When I try to convert a recording, I get an alert that another is in progress. I got the same alert for the other recording which I deleted. I still get the same alert about another conversion in progress. thoughts?
