I've not seen a good answer to this problem and it doesn't seem to show as a topic option when searching this site. Sometimes during Zoom meetings, the PC internet connection stops. This has happened with both wired ethernet LAN and WiFi connections. In the taskbar notification area, the network symbol shows the system to be connected still but all connected applications show they're no longer connected. I have to disconnect and reconnect the wifi/network connection and then everything is fine. The zoom application will most often shutdown but not always; sometimes it remains open and merely freezes all video panes. Anyone have similar issues and sorted it?

My keyboard is working just fine in my iPad chat and in other apps. But it doesn't work in annotation. When I use the original keyboard in my iPad, it doesn't work properly. When I type 'Hello', The 'o' will disappear. If I type 'Hello, my name is _ZoomUser_', it will only shows 'Hello, my name is'. Does anyone knows an answer to these two questions?

I linked one of AI captioning (3rd party) to zoom, and copied API shown on zoom. But the third party captioning tool captures only my mic. And the rest of the voice (except for me) is not captured. I tired to fix from the 3rd party tool but it may be a issue coming from zoom setting?

Hello, I've been asked if it is possible to generate a post call report that shows how long each participant stayed on the call. Is this possible?
I work at a library. We could really use printable how-to PDFs for those needing assistance! Does anyone have a useful PDF for beginners? (Specifically for using zoom on Android). Not everyone is confident accessing assistance online. People with low digital literacy/confidence deserve assistance.

We have users with several devices in our offices: desktop, laptop, etc. Zoom keeps logging them out saying they're on another device b/c they switch back and forth using the devices for different times of day, types of meetings, spaces, etc. Each user is in his/her same location and are the only user of their devices so this isn't an attempt to pile multiple people into the same seat license. How can we just keep them logged into several devices at once? Thanks in advance for ideas/feedback.
