iPad - share screen - broadcast screen - stop in sudden many times

I experienced the iPad when it was doing a Screen Broadcasting, usually a PDF with some live annotation in the App "GoodNotes 5", I got the above prompt in sudden and the Zoom App stop my shared screen without any notice. I was using a 1000mps Broadband actually and the WIFI router (with around 8 other mobile devices, but not in the same Zoom meeting). It was a super annoying experience that I had to share/broadcast the iPad screen again (many many times). Any solution please?!

 

I was hosting the meeting by using an iMac (Desktop) and the iPad is one of the participants of the meeting, I guess both devices were using same IP address.

Sound in breakout rooms

Just wondering, as soon as I tick the box 'share screen to breakout rooms' all my sound sharing options disappear. I have sound built into the Powerpoint I want to share with people in the main session and the breakout rooms. Is there a way around th... Show more

Just wondering, as soon as I tick the box 'share screen to breakout rooms' all my sound sharing options disappear.  I have sound built into the Powerpoint I want to share with people in the main session and the breakout rooms.  Is there a way around this?

Virtual backgrounds

I have no trouble with virtual backgrounds on my Mac.. however I do not see to be able to get them or instal them from my own photo on my IPad. No matter how I try I cannot seem to find an option for adding a virtual background. Is it an app issue or... Show more

I have no trouble with virtual backgrounds on my Mac..   however I do not see to be able to get them or instal them from my own photo on my IPad.  No matter how I try I cannot seem to find an option for adding a virtual background.  Is it an app issue or perhaps my I pad needs updating?

I've been using Firefox for sometime (on Windows 11 Home).

For some bizarre reason, I've not been able to schedule meetings on some evenings and mornings too.

I've had to switch to Skype, which is very annoying since I use the paid version of Zoom (I'm an online tutor and use Zoom for teaching).

It's been happening only in the past couple of weeks.

Any ideas as to why sometimes I can schedule a meeting and sometimes I cannot?

I'm trying to use the poll feature. I created three polls for a meeting. However ,  after I run the first one, I don't have the option to switch to the next one.

If I try to close and open it again, it keeps opening the first one automatically. 

How can I do this please?

Just recently, I have been having issues with getting into a scheduled Zoom call, as a host of that call!
The dialogue box says, Your host will be with you soon.  I use Appointlet with my company, to have clients set up Zoom calls, with an Appointlet link.

 

I have a Mac, Catalina, and I have the Zoom app.  I double checked that I was signed into my Zoom account, which I was.

 

I have not had this issue before, so I don’t know what’s going on.

 

Any suggestions?  Is there a setting or option I should check?  Should I clear out my cache?  Would this help?

I want to restore my recordings.

The meeting was held with the automatic recording function turned on in the settings menu,

but when I checked after the meeting, there was no recording. How can I recover it?

I am an Owner in a Zoom Pro account. When I go to Personal-Settings-Meetings,

there are settings that are "Locked by Admin" which I cannot toggle on/off (greyed out) such as Meeting Passcode & Personal Meeting ID Passcode. I thought as Owner I had all the privileges of Admin & more. How can I get to toggle those settings (see attachment)

Microphone issue

I always have to select desktop apps permission in win10 , switch off and on again , otherwise microphone will not work. every time before zoom meeting I have to do this same process. Any idea to fix this issue.
