I recorded an important zoom meeting on my computer today. However, my computer shut down before the file could be converted and the recording is not appearing under my "recordings" tab in zoom. Can you please assist? Is there a way to retrieve this recording?

Hello All, I have the latest version of Zoom installed on my older IMac with operating system High Sierra 10.13.6. I am trying to blur my background. I only attend meetings; do not initiate them. When I click on my profile picture, I do not see any side panel (left side) pop up with setting up virtual background. I do see "settings", so I have clicked on that. I have enabled "Virtual background

I just want to blur mine for when I attend meetings!Is it possible, that since I opened an account Zoom thinks I'm an administrator and for some reason, the virtual background setting is blocked or missing? I don't see "background and filters" anywhere.Sure would like input and help for what seems like it should be an easy task. Thanks in advance for any help.JScreen shots show what I see.

Hello Some of my clients are getting a message that the meeting is for 'authorised attendees only' and having to sign in. Half of them are having no problem. I've checked settings and the permissions are set correctly. What can I advise the clients to do to fix this? Thanks

By The Grace of G-D. Hi, Right now you only have an option to enable/disable automatic recording. This causes all of the meetings to be recorded automatically and some of them are not important and it just consumes cloud storage.Also, when we download the recordings, We need to sort through them... The other option is to disable the automatic recording and than you always forget to start it... An option to ask the host on every meeting start if he wants to record or not, would help us a lot!
