Mini window always on top in MacOs
Since updating last week I have a second window whenever I open the Zoom app on MacOS (pic attached). It always stays on top of everything, and it's very annoying. How do get rid of this?

Hi, I've recorded a meeting where we activated live transcription. It worked fine But now, when I'm going over the recording, I can see both image and sound, but not the transcription Is possible to include it in the recording? Thanks in advance

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad S340. The integrated camera worked fine until I tried to do a virtual background with Zoom. Now the camera only turns on an off and doesn't give a picture. I have tried to turn on the camera from the settings and the function key, adjust the privacy mode from Lenovo Advantage, and uninstall the camera. I end up with the same problem on of the camera turning on and off with no picture. Any ideas about how to fix it?

I recently got a new work computer and it runs windows 11. I cannot figure out why when I am meeting with a co-worker my audio to them is all garble and messed up. I've been thru everything trying to fix this. I am at my wits end. Hopefully someone can help me with this. I can't contact support because I am not the admin.

I have a Mac desktop and ever since the last Zoom update, ( a week or two ago) about 1 minute into my class the Zoom video jumps over to the Zoom post attendee web page ( i think that is the one). I have to find the Zoom icon in the list at the side on my Mac and click on it to restore the zoom video. i have tried clicking elsewhere and it doesn't fix it. This always happens yet only happens once each zoom session. Drives me nuts! I use a free basic Zoom but the live class I attend is hosted by people with some type of membership. My Mac is up to date. OS Catalina Thanks for any help you can offer.

I'm trying to figure out how to have it so anyone can join my personal meeting when I'm not there. I'm using this to schedule interviews and I'm not supposed to be on those calls? What do I have to do in settings to get this to work? I have already enabled the setting "Allow participants to join before host" but it hasn't worked. Please help!

I just upgraded to the lasted zoom and I think I found a problem. Running as Host for the meeting, There is floating "waiting room tab" that appears on top of the gallery view section when people are in the waiting room ready to be admitted to the meeting. This works fine until you make someone Co-Host. After which, This notification panel stops appearing! You can only see ones to admit on the Participants Panel and that only works if you have it open. Is this a glitch or is there a setting switch for this????.

We have been meeting fully Zoom and sharing screens for over two years now, but we recently began hosting hybrid meetings with a laptop, an LCD unit projecting on wall for live audience and a Meeting Owl. Things were great but recently, after loading a speakers PPTX file on our laptop and then sharing the screen, the slides advance fine on the screen for the live audience to see, but my Zoom audience says the slides are not advancing for them. I am guessing it has to do with the whole screen 1 vs screen 2 issue? I tried clicking "duplicate" on the display setting but that did not solve the problem. This just started about a month ago. My solution for the moment is to ask that all in-person speakers bring their own laptop, connnect via WIFI to our meeting and share from their laptop (which is never a problem), but sometimes they don't have a laptop and I have to load them on our laptop. That's when and where the issues seem to begin. Is there some news setting in Zoom I should be making or is it more a laptop display issue? Thanks. Matt NHARCH

All of a sudden, my Google Calendar is not generating zoom meetings. I am getting an error message "failed to create conference." I have installed the app and reinstalled it. I am also getting an error when I try and link to my zoom account on the right side of Gmail and calendar with the zoom logo. It says content cannot be loaded. Not sure what to do now.
