Hi, We implemented SSO sign in for zoom with Azure AD. For some reasons, users' zoom app on PC may be logged out for token expiry. This is fine as by design. But if these users click the zoom link to join a meeting, they would show up as guest which means the zoom app does not require them to sign in to the profile before launching the meeting. Is there a desktop setting or registry setting to fix this behaviour such that all corporate users should sign in to the zoom app via SSO automatically before launching the meeting? Best Regards, Joseph

Hi, For security reason, we hosts internal meeting with feature "sign in to our domain only". Instead of enabling "required authentication", I can only enable "waiting room" because H323/SIP room based system is always treated as guest. And this is not ideal as we will always need a host to standby and admit these room based joining. Does anyone know there is a way to have H323/SIP room based system joins as trusted/authenticated user? Pairing seems to complicated for end user... Many thx.

I want to set up Closed captioning. The instructions state to set up a third party app and then go into details of programming the application. But as I've found out every time using help here, the info is out of date and incomplete. Where do I find a list of these services? Do I have to pay? Can I trust them? Do I install them? That's a big gap. And simple questions such as, "Where is a list of 3rd party transcription services" in any form gets "I don't understand your question. I've gone to tools to help me to re-write my questions at 2nd grade level. But Bolt does not understand. I've gone down to 3 word questions. Bolt understands nothing! And when it doesn't understand, there's link to reach a real human. When you do, it won't go on until you open another application and pull up a number. That number is hidden and requires you open another help article to find it. But then there's no real reason to place that information in the request. It's a wild goose chase to just reach anyone. There's no way in the world that anyone has ever tested out Bolt and declared it to be good for consumption. I can't find any reason for having it other than to prevent customers from finding answers and make them keep searching on their own and not burden Zoom with responding to questions. But I would love to be proved wrong. So, are there simple, up to date instructions for closed captioning that are up to date and include all of the necessary information including the services?

Hi! I have a question about security access for recordings. Is there a way to send a recording to another that can be accessed with only a pre-assigned email address? I want to prohibit recordings being able to be shared/sent to masses of people. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm co-host in a pro user, but I cannot start new meeting with the original host links. see pictures below.
I haven't changed any settings. I just suddenly started getting this message: "Failed to detect your microphone and speaker. Please be sure your devices are properly connected". My microphone and speakers work just fine in Windows.
I have a new laptop and external camera running Windows 11. I can turn the camera on and see video of myself, but in Zoom the screen is black. I have checked privacy settings. Camera is enabled and Zoom camera is enabled. Meeting participants cannot see me. The host can turn my camera on and off in the app, and I can click on share video, but it does not fix the problem. As soon as I go to Zoom, my camera turns off.
