Does anyone know why with recurring meetings with this new update that it keeps changing the meeting ID?
Hello all,
My meeting room waiting room isn't working and I have people from other calls walking directly into my other meetings which is super distracting.
I have already gone through the web portal to Settings > Meeting> Waiting Room, toggled on. Everyone is set to go to the waiting room.
However, this doesn't happen. I also noticed that whenever I start a meeting, I could manually enable the waiting room from the call, but I'll forget. Is there a way to have it automatically enabled? I've seen waiting rooms be the default on other zoom meetings, but I'm not sure how it works
Thanks!

On my MacBook Pro, my zoom client regularly boots my blue tooth earphones out and chooses a different speaker. The earphones work on other apps with no problem at the same time. Running latest version. Earphones are Phonak Lumity 90 hearing aides -- which work better than any other bluetooth ear buds when they are working

I want to view a clear image without any dashes covering the entire display intermittently. How do I remove them?
My meetings have been freezing for 3-5 seconds at a time (on both my end and the other participants' end) every several minutes. I work remotely and this is VERY inconvenient for me and the clients I work with -- we miss out on what each other is saying and have to repeat constantly. My WiFi connection is stable. No other apps have issues for me. It's been happening to me since I bought a new computer (Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon OS). How can I resolve this issue? I've updated my computer, updated Zoom, uninstalled and then re-installed the Zoom app, and contacted my internet provider to run diagnostics. Any help is appreciated.

The content only from the far side does not shift to the first display. The first display is design to show the content or far side camera. and the second display is designated for the near side camera or near & far camera (when content sharing by far side or near side). If far side person is share content, far side camera show top or bottom corner of the share screen. how to move the far side camera to the 2nd display.

There is an earlier post from 2023 on this: Tor and Bittorent used by Zoom? - Zoom Community - but unfortunately doesn't definitely answer the question. I've been unable to find the answer on Zoom's support pages. We are receiving alerts that Zoom.exe is using Tor/Bittorrent Ports (9001, 9030, 9040, 9050, 9051, 9150). When checking the .exe FileHash it corresponds with the current file has for zoom.exe, uploading the .exe to sites like VirusTotal show it's safe. I check with the end user's when this happens and have not been able to pinpoint what triggers it. If anyone has any information, that would be great. We'll be blocking the ports and we'll see what that does but I wanted to see if anyone had any additional information for the use of these ports.

I need to remove an old version of Zoom but missing the 64-bit MSI for version 5.13.5.12053. Does anybody have a link where I can download the MSI for this version? Zoom was removed from control panel Programs and features. I am trying to install the new version and it asks for the old installer. CleanZoom also asks for it. Why does this happen?

Hey zoom, I hope you’re all doing well! I’m reaching out to this fantastic community because I’ve been facing a frustrating issue during our Zoom meetings, especially when we dive into our DevOps discussions. Lately, we've been experiencing frequent freezing and lagging, which makes it difficult to collaborate effectively on our projects. It seems to happen more often when we're sharing screens or going over complex devops software tools like Jenkins or Kubernetes. I’ve tried some basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking my internet connection and closing unnecessary applications, but the problem persists. Here are my specific questions: Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I’m sure others in the community could benefit from this discussion as well. Thanks in advance for your help! Jonathan Jone
