I have Zoom Pro and am trying to schedule a meeting with a co-host. Every time I try adding a co-host I receive an error message "Unable to assign "(email address)" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time. How do I fix this?

I have multiple people that are in Zoom for Government meetings. When they get put into a breakout room zoom crashes. Has anyone experienced this? It's not just one PC or internet connections, it is happening to multiple people so I'm led to believe this is a Zoom issue?

Hi, since I updated Zoom to version 6.0.x on my laptop (windows 10), the audio volume is very low. I've not been in a larger meeting since the update, only one-on-one meetings. My audio volume is just like always, I can hear just fine in every other application. The sound test in zoom is also ok, I hear myself clearly, the volume of the test sound is adequate. However, I can hardly hear the people that are in the meeting with me. I have to turn up the volume on my laptop to a degree, that it hurts my ears when I run an audio anywhere else. What can I do to solve this?

Dear Zoom Community I have a single monthly subscription for Zoom. The check for updates is missing from my profile. The trouble shooting advice tells me to contact my IT Admin team - as a single user I don't have one, so the advice is inappropriate. How do I get the check updates back. Many thanks Lynn16

All of a sudden when I log into zoom meeting new box appears, are you sure you don't want audio and video. Only option is yes. The Audio and video have redline with Triangle and !. I click it but won't allow to turn on

Hi, I am using zoom for a long time now with the same laptop, and same airpods. lately, when I use my airpods for zoom meetings in my non-mac laptop the volume is so loud and I can't lower it down even when my computer and zoom volume is 0. It doesn't happens on any other app neither if I use my airpods for zoom meetings on my iphone. what can I do about it?

Hey Having an issue when joining breakout rooms - both when manually tryinging to join myself or when the host invites me. It causes the app to essentially freeze, going to a black screen, with a loading icon. I then get stuck between the breakout and main room, and can't access either and have to leave the meeting - but I think also have to force close zoom to get it to actually exit the meeting. I also know this is happening to a few others. I am on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, one UI version 6.1, Android version 14. Zoom version 6.1.7.23563 (updated on August 6th) Any help and advice would be appreciated

Whenever I join a Zoom meeting, only my initials are displayed and not the profile pic I created in my account. I have tried everything but can't seem to put my finer on why it is not displaying. It used to but ever since I updated a new profile pic, it will not display. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I just re-installed zoom on my laptop (mac) and my camera is focusing and moving on my face instead of having a fixed recording. Can you please help find where i can cancel this setting and get back to a fixed camera? In other word I don't want the camera to follow my movements while i move. Thanks a lot, Andréa
