This is a bit of a mouthful, but we are helping an instructor record his in-person course for students who cannot attend. In this case, I'm planning to assign a person as an alternate host on the isntructor's Zoom meeting to allow them to start the recording, but they also need to be able to use their Zoom account on a different device at the same time. Is that possible? My guess is that a Zoom user can only have one Zoom open at a time. the point of confusion here is that the user would be an alternate host for a meeting scheduled under another person's account, and they want to be able to use their own account on a different device to meet with people on Zoom.

Zoom recordings fail to load

I have recorded meetings, but when I go to Meetings>Recordings, all I get is the loading timer. This has been going on for days. How do I access my recordings when nothing on the Recording page will load?

I notice that the links created by the plug-in Zoom in my Outlook calendar are not the same in my Zoom account (via zoom.us).

 

In  Outlook all the links has this mention at the end of the invite link :  &from=addon

 

Also, when I create meetings for others, which gave me the schedule privilege, they can't start the meeting or let the participants get in.

Is there a way to save an OnZoom recording for longer than 6 days?

It is not a recording that I made, it is from a class that I attended and was recorded there.  It says that it will only be saved for 6 days --- is there a way to download maybe to my Zoom account or to my computer so I can have it longer than the 6 days?

Prezados, 

Na segunda-feira tivemos uma reunião de conselho, com previsão de duração de 2h. Com apenas 45 minutos de reunião, o Zoom parou tudo, encerrou a reunião sozinha. Quando tentávamos entrar novamente dizia que era preciso finalizar aquela reunião para iniciarmos outra. Fizemos isso e o problema continuou. O jeito foi terminar a reunião por outra plataforma. 

Nossa conta no Zoom é paga mensalmente pois uma vez a cada mês transmitimos algumas reuniões ao vivo pelo nosso canal do YouTube. Depois do problema ocorrido na segunda-feira, estamos muito preocupados em continuar essa transmissão pelo Zoom.  

Pedimos que, por gentileza, nos expliquem o que houve.

Upcoming Meetings in Desktop App showing everything in my calendar when I don't want it to

We have a basic Zoom account for our office (17 employees) - the sign-in uses my work Outlook account .   We have an office meeting room with a large 50 inch TV on the wall hooked up to a PC which we use for virtual meetings.  We use the Zoom desktop app to login for Zoom meetings.  The problem is that in the upcoming meetings section in the app it displays not just upcoming Zoom meetings but also EVERYTHING else in my calendar that isn't a Zoom meeting (i.e. if I put a reminder in my calendar to pick up some dry cleaning it shows up) so essentially I can't put anything private in my calendar without everyone else being able to see it if they're using the Zoom app in our meeting room.  I have tried setting reminders in my calendar to private but this doesn't work.  I have no option of using a different email address for the Zoom login - my bosses want there to be one Zoom account used by the whole office to stop confusion and save time signing in and out of different account.  Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?  I googled and searched and cannot find anything to help.
