Hi, I'd like to know what is the possibility of Zoom not keeping a record of a persons attendance in a Zoom session. 

I am a student that has attended eight classes of a subject, but according to the records I have only attended three.

Many other colleagues in my class are undergoing the situation and we'd like to present to the teacher an estimate on the chance of zoom not keeping these records.

If Zoom does, in fact, have a chance of not keep the attending records, I would like to know what influences this phenomenon? Is it a bug? A person not staying in the session long enough? I would like to be cleared on this issue and would appreaciate help from either the community or the staff at Zoom.

I'm reaching out regarding a slightly strange issue.

When creating a Zoom meeting from Google Calendar with the "Make it a Zoom" button, joining will work once, but all subsequent attempts to join the meeting will fail with the error "You are not authorized to start the meeting using the credentials you signed in with".

I confirmed that the user is signed in via SSO on both the Zoom Addin and on the locally install Zoom Application. The version running is 5.9.3.

The the browser history was cleared and the account was signing out of both the Zoom Addin and the locally application. Sadly, this did not resolve the issue.

Would anyone be familiar with this issue and how it can be resolved?

Hi, i have just started piano lessons and my host prefers to give out a different pin number each time. How do i record my lesson please? I understand my host has to agree to this but she doesn't know how to do this either. I need to correct my hand movements as i keep forgetting what i have been shown in the lesson.   Your answers will be very much appreciated! Thank you.   

I am wondering if there is a way to extend a recurring meeting past 50 instances once some of those meetings have passed? Or is there a way to set up a new recurring meeting that will use the same link as the old one?

I'm trying to find a way to continue using the same links for more than 50 meetings. I am aware of the "no fixed time" option, but that will not work for us.

Hola, olvidé colocar una reunión como recurrente y necesito recuperar los datos de la primera relaizada para editar y cambiar la fecha y así me aparezca en el panel de reuniones futuras. ya envié el link a todos los que entrarán a la reunión por lo que necesito que sea el mismo. Cómo puede encontrar esa reunión relaizada, editarla y que vuelva a aparecer en el panel de reuniones? es posible eso? Gracias
