Several employees at my organization have been working to establish a new company. IT has been tasked with transitioning their Zoom accounts out of our account and into a new account. These users have assets like call recording, etc. they would like to transition to the new account. Is this possible? Note the users being transitioned out already have accounts using the new company email domain within our account.
The obvious answer is to create a new Zoom account and have them start from scratch, but we are trying to avoid that.

A person from CAnada was not able to join my Zoom Meeting. How can I fix that?
During Covid we have used Zoom to create numerous appointments in a diary. If someone cancels, rather than deleting the link, I have gone into Zoom and edited the meeting to the new persons name. This all changes in Zoom and in the diary BUT when the person logs in for the appointment, the notification to tell you that the person has joined the meeting, gives you their name but has the PREVIOUS PERSON's name in TOPIC. What should I do as I do not want the person seeing the previous person's details. Do I have to delete all links and don't edit names at all? When I click on "show meeting invitation", it gives me the new person's name and details - all correct. It's just when they actually join the meeting that the previous details come up. This could be a serious data breach for some companies.

Hi everyone, first time poster to the forum here. I was wondering if anyone uses a USB audio interface whilst on Zoom. I was testing out a Tascam 4 channel audio recorder today and tried to run two radio microphones through it. Both were picking up on the Tascam however only one was being streamed through Zoom. Is this an issue with Zoom needing to be in stereo? if so how do I change it and does anyone else Zoom this type of set up is so what equipment do you use? Thanks in advance!

We recently enabled our Vanity link and SSO since we added the Zoom Phone to our company's Zoom platform. However, since we use the same Vanity URL to hold webinars with non-staff (i.e. Members) we have noticed that non-staff that don't have a Zoom account (i.e. Free or otherwise), they are directed to our company's SSO Login page. Here is an example. Has anyone ever encountered this and what options do we have? 1) Is there a way to not use the Vanity link for our Webinars since the SSO is linked to the Vanity URL? Thanks in advance, Mark

Hi,
For some reason, I think zoom is not able to maximize internet bandwidth.
I already enabled Group HD video but it did not solve the problem.
On statistics it only shows 480p resolution whereas my camera is capable of even 1080p.
Hi, Did any faced issue with Zoom Microphone being inactive in Azure VDI session. It is totally frozen, and I can't do any changes. However, in Team all device redirections are working. I am using latest version of Zoom and even tried for Zoom for VDI still issue is on both the applications.

Hello, A message keeps popping up on my screen that zoom has to be updated but when I start the update it says "error 0004". Since I couldn't update zoom I couldn’t connect to the meetings either. What should I do?
