Has anyone encountered this trouble? I cannot find any related troubleshooting in the community. Cannot connect to audio and the microphone icon disappears from the menu. I was having a zoom meeting with a friend. He was using an Android phone and he clicked to connect to audio when he entered the meeting room. However, later it says he did not connect to audio. And it does not work no matter how many times he restarts the meeting. Typically, when you open the participant list, there are an icon of a microphone and an icon of a camera besides everyone's name. But besides my friend's name, there was only the icon of a camera. The icon of the microphone does not exist. Many thanks!!!

Hello,
I didn't save it on the cloud, i couldn't save it in my camputer because I didn't have place for it/
Can I restore it?
Hi there, I have an issue with audio. When I play a song or anything on my laptop, the meeting attendees either cannot hear it or they can only hear a distorted sound. I run large conferences everyday on zoom and it's never happened before. I have tested the same device and same music file on Teams and Google Meet, they are perfectly fine. it's the issue with zoom only. Really appreciate if anyone has any idea...Thanks in advance.

Recently, some of the Zoom meetings that I scheduled with the Google Calendar extension in Chrome aren't showing up in the Meetings list when I am running the Zoom client for Windows. And the meetings aren't in the "recently deleted meetings" list, either. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am a Zoom pro subscriber and am looking for an answer to seemingly edge case issue. I would like to MFA enable an executive user's account to properly secure it, but if I do, then I would always need to reach out to them when setting up meetings for them. If I am the holder of the 2FA codes, then they would need to reach out to me when they have personal meetings that I do not set up for them. This executive is not always available and travels often but still needs access to Zoom. Is there a built-in solution for this.

Can you finish and record your first meeting with three people then start another meeting to continue talking ? How to have longer free meetings is the question for three or more participants.
I’ve been having intermittent issues with scheduled meeting times changing in Zoom. For example, a meeting will be scheduled for 9:00 am PST. It all looks fine when I schedule it. But when I go back into Zoom on a later date, that same meeting time will show as scheduled at 12:00 pm PST. I thought it was changing because of my personal time zone (EST), but that’s not exactly it because it still says 12:00 pm PST (not 12:00 pm EST). The account is set to the correct PST time zone. I’ve never had a problem with anyone joining the meetings but I do try to go in and adjust the times just in case (which adds more work). Has anyone seen this?

Good day. I hope all is well. I am hoping you can shed some light on what might be going wrong when extracting an attendance register from Zoom. When I look at the attendance register, I end up with just a name e.g. Ashley, but I might have 3 Ashleys who have registered for an event. This makes it extremely difficult when having to mark people as ‘attended’ and to allocate that the person attended was the attendee from a specific company. Is there anything I can do differently, other than telling people to join using full name and surname in order to identify them? Your input would be appreciated.
