When customers see my Video I have uploaded in the waiting room it is always on Auto Mute.
Can I turn off Waiting room video Automute?

My invited meeting participant in Hongkong cannot join my zoom meeting
My meeting is for a few participants from Singapore & one from Hongkong
The Hongkonger could join my Zoom meetings previously but cannot join my meeting recently.
She shared that she has no problem in joining Zoom meetings from hosts in Hongkong
