When I put my microphone on mute, the audio breaks up. When my microphone is "live", the audio is fine. I have been through many of the canned answers, none of which address this. Getting customer support seems virtually impossible.
Every time I schedule a Zoom meeting, I need to manually add the same 2 co-hosts to it. Is there a way to configure my Zoom account to always add certain co-hosts to all meetings by default? Those co-hosts are both paid users under my account. Thank you.

Is there a way to store Zoom session addresses (in the Zoom program) that are sent to participant by a Session leader. I am on a number of Zoom public session and all I want to do is to store the Zoom identification link the session leader has created for ongoing sessions. I do not want to have to e-mail the session leader for permission since the session address is generate by the session leader and e-mailed to the long list of weekly participants. Any assistance with this request would be appreciated.

Dear Community I am having a recurrent problem that when I host a meeting then launch the meeting at the appropriate time in zoom, and my guest clicks on the link which I have sent at the start time, my guest receives an incorrect message that I am "in another meeting". How do I cure this problem? btw1979

Hello. For some reason, my Zoom is trying to connect to us06web.zoom.com.cn. This is in China, while I am in the United States. As a result, my Zoom is no longer connecting. How can I change this so I connect in the US? Thank you.
During my class I was unable to see the meeting host's video while they were speaking because there were too many participants attending or on the interface. I tried right-clicking and no option to maximize or expand was present, can this be implemented or does anyone have a solution for this?

Hello, When I am in my weekly manager meeting, there is one person's audio that, whenever she speaks, there is a constant "Fffft...." sound that occurs 2-3 times a second. I have asked about it in the meeting and nobody else says they hear it. Weird. Am I listening more carefully? Something on my end? I do not hear it from anyone else's audio in this or other meetings. Her computer and mine are newer Lenovo's running Win 10 Pro. ??? Sound clip: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F5VONj5xIp7py8f2ejCZxldjEQS7reK4/view?usp=sharing Thanks, Mark

I've tried various adjustments to the quality settings in the Dashboard so that the issues identified by Dashboard correlate with what attendees are experiencing. This is, of course, tricky because audio quality is affected by factors other than what Zoom is doing. Computer speaker quality, user hearing ability, user room acoustics, and presenter speech patterns all affect how an attendee experiences a meeting. With the default quality settings, the Dashboard reports a lot unstable network for audio problems. That instability warning seems to be triggered when the bitrate falls below a certain level. The default is 10 kbps. In a meeting yesterday, just about everyone's Dashboard entry showed that instability while, to this septuagenarian's ears, the audio was acceptable. My bitrate dropped to 7 kbps a few times. So, today, I've changed that alert level to 6 kbps, just to see if I can tell at a glance where people are have severe issues. The other default parameters for video, screen sharing, and CPU usage seem about right. For those of you who've been tuning the Dashboard quality settings, what's been your experience regarding the default settings vs. adjustments you've made.
