Our team has a business license that allows us to create up to 100 breakout rooms at a time. We frequently host meetings ranging from 50-1000 participants. Our support team uses a mix of Macs and PCs. We have found that , if using a PC, the Breakout Rooms, once launched, are all expanded - making it easier to find specific participants if needed. However, the Mac experience is the opposite. When launched on a Mac, only the first 10-15 rooms are expanded and the rest are all collapsed, meaning the user has to manually expand each and every room. This is time consuming and difficult at best when needing to locate individuals and/or moving people about. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have a fix or recommendation?

I use Zoom to present online lectures to audiences of 20-80 people. The lectures are a mix of me speaking to the camera and presenting slides to the audience. I record the Zoom sessions locally using Zoom's built-in recording feature.

The image quality of the recordings during the sections when I am speaking to the camera is far inferior to the actual image quality of the camera. I have followed all of the tutorials on how to set the settings in Zoom for highest recording quality, but there is still a huge difference between the HD camera I am using and the recorded result. The sections where I am sharing slides tends to be of high quality, it is only the camera sections that have low quality.

The problem is the same whether I run Zoom on a lower-spec PC or one with a higher spec CPU and a good GPU.

However, if I start a meeting and perform the exact same steps without inviting any participants, the recording is of high quality. Why is this? If the recording is performed locally, surely the connection bandwidth and the number of participants connected should not affect the camera image quality of a locally connected camera?

I am interested in understanding how Zoom measures its transcription accuracy and what the accuracy threshold is for language translation. What percent accuracy does Zoom need for a particular language in order to release it? For example, if Zoom translation for Chinese is 80% accurate, would they release a Chinese transcription service or would they need to work on it until it reached a certain accuracy?

Background is:

- A lot of people block rooms for 1:1 and other meetings, they forget to cancel if they are in vacation and some rooms a just blocked and no-one shows up.

- User. i.e. executive assistants have to manage bookings for several people that frequent occupying meeting rooms.

- Its always a hussle for them contact everyone and to ask to make the room free - and sometimes they don’t even reply.

What is the best option for enabling  a few users, like executive assistants so that they could manage and free up meeting rooms when necessary ?

Hi - I am looking to upgrade my YouTube videos and need some help! How do I put my video over an image to delete any dead space, customize and remove Zoom watermark. I have the image but cant get it right. I'm not looking for a virtual background as I want to use my actual background. When I try using filter, it does exactly the opposite of the desired outcome, picture covers up video. Any guidance here is appreciated.

I have a situation with a 'blended' meeting.   We have several participants gathered in a single room, where we have  a computer attached to a large screen TV attached to an external wide-angle camera and an omni-directional mic for the room.  This computer logs in to the zoom meeting with the host's account. With this basic arrangement, the people in the room can be heard, but not clearly seen, so we've taken to having the main speaker/teacher bring their own laptop and connect to the meeting, so as to have their own frame in the grid view.  To prevent feedback/echoing between their own laptop and the room mic, we have them connect with no sound.  If the teacher needs to do a screen share to present content, I (controlling the room's session) make them a co-host.  This has all worked well, until the teacher wants to play audio content with their screen share -- say, a YouTube clip.  I have not been able to figure out how to allow them to share video and audio content from their laptop.  Any help appreciated.
