Hi, I'm doing a livestream to Facebook. But I want the screen to be fully of the presentation I do. Could I hide the video box? How to do that?
Can participants be approved during a meeting? SINCE days ago I had a meeting and I was the host, the fact is that just started the meeting, more people continued to register for the event and I could not access the option to approve since I had configured manual instead of automatic, because there was a cost and people we didn't know. I would really appreciate any solution on this
Is there any way to continue approving manually so that they receive the respective confirmation link and so they can access the meeting?

After months of successful ZOOM 1:1 meetings where I am host, now my video picture of the other person keeps freezing mid call, meanwhile their video picture of me continues fine. This happens whoever I am meeting. When they close their video and then open it my video picture of them unfreezes for a short while before refreezing again.I have tried accessing Zoom meetings from a different location to check if I have bandwidth problems (no change), undertaken full virus scan of my computer (no change) ... help please.

We run hybrid, synchronous a/v, interactive classes - looking for video technology that will enable virtual participants to see facial expressions of in person attendees. Now, all those in person show in one zoom box & facial expressions can't be seen. We've used a combo of Brio wide angle and an Owl. People complain that the Owl jumps around too much, dizzying, and all facial expressions lost with the wide angle.

Hello everybody. I am Alex from Portugal and I need help. I am struggling to establish a linked to the host of a meeting of a class in a course I want to attend, but after putting the ID of the recipient who sent me the invitation link to all the classes and the password, I do not know If I can call it an error, but it always appears at the top of the zoom window screen: it does not respond/trying to connect...
Can someone from the Zoom community help me solve this technical problem?
I take the opportunity to warn that I only have no connection on any computer for these undergraduate meetings. All other calls with other people or places were successfully established by Zoom.
It's not a problem of my computer.

My zoom recording only captured audio via m4a file. Is there any way to view the video ? Perhaps convert it to an MP4? I tried a third-party tool Zamzar - - it converted it to MP4 - but still no video. it was an announcement from my 93 year old mom. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

Hello, is the 180 day window still the process for untouched recordings to remain available before being automatically transferred to trash for a final 30 days? If so, a recording from 90 days ago is no longer accessible, and it is no longer in the trash either, does this mean someone manually transferred the recording to the trash and/or deleted it from the trash as well sometime in the past 90 days? Is is this only possible explanation? Thank you.

We implemented @zoomus/websdk in our ChromeOS PWA. Is there specific ChromeOS settings we need to enforce in our managed devices for video to work normally? Thx!
Since latest versions video for all meeting participants is just black.
Audio works normally and local video renders properly in the video preview before entering the meeting, then it also looks black.
How can we further debug this?

Hi, I recorded some meetings and am trying to access them. However, when I go to access the recording, it says that file does not exist and tells me to see if it was moved, renamed, or deleted. How can this be? Is there any way to recover this? I have attached a picture of the message it gives me. If I press export, it gives me a list of my local recordings, but still won't let me access them. What can I do???

I deleted a recording and I also empty the Trash and I need to retrieve the recording now. Is there a way to retrieve the iCloud recording six months later?
Thanks for anyone's help in advance!
