Dear all, I am a Pilates trainer and I use music plus my voice to direct the exercises. I have had a lot of trouble either my online students listen the music or my voice. So I started using an outside speaker connected to the music in my computer but the problem stays. thanks

I am holding a meeting for approx 250 attendees I have a licence for 500 attendees The meeting is being co-host by 3 other users, who have a licence for 100 users. Will the co-host licenses impact the number of attendees or does it work based on my license for 500?

How can I change my ID# to a specified one? I scheduled a meeting with a generated ID# given. However, as the meeting got closer I noticed the zoom information is now different. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I really need to know what is going on. Can I correct this so there will be no problems when individuals login?

Hello team! I got one zoom format file that somebody else sent me to open. So that you know, I haven't recorded that file on my zoom account so there are no recordings in my recording folder. The file belongs to a third-party zoom account. How can I convert this particular file into mp4? The advice are guiding me to go to the recording file and save them form there but again the file in not related to my zoom account. Thank you

I used to send calendar invites for Zoom meetings using my Outlook plug-in without issue, connected to my hotmail.com account. I while ago, it started mysteriously sending my invite emails to people's junk folders. But now, my invites are not even reaching there. I just tried to schedule a Zoom meeting this way that it failed because my participants never got the invite. Despite the plug-in confirming that my invite was sent, seeing the invite with Zoom link show up in my own Microsoft calendar, and that calendar item showing the emails of the people I sent the meeting invite to, they deny seeing the invite in neither their inbox nor their junk folders. How can I fix this issue?

I use Calendly. The zoom link is sent to the client when they book through Calendly. Quite often, when I click on the zoom link to begin the meeting, it says I have to wait for the host to start the meeting. In other words, the person whom I am meeting with has been made the host when it should be myself. Anyone have the solution?

I want to change my personal meeting ID but have existing meetings already scheduled. Will changing my meeting ID prevent the existing Zoom meetings to go forward with the old meeting iD?
I have a pro account. To my knowledge I’m the only registered user. So I want to have my assistant organize a class over zoom which would last about four hours. Then I need a third person to be able to host the meeting. I’m assuming I need to have both these people registered as users. My zoom account is integrated with square space scheduling. I would like to be able to do the scheduling with square space and have that set up the zoom meeting (I do this every day for my one on one meetings). I can check with the square space support people and they’ll tell me if there’s any issues with doing the scheduling. What I’m unclear on this how do I get my person who will be hosting the meeting registered as the host so everything goes smoothly.
