Hi, I'm having an issue with comments and reactions I post to the chat. In some meetings, they are being attributed to someone else, not me, and that person is posting as me. It's very confusing until I can figure out who the other person is...I get private chat messages from "you" to "you" 🙄. Would love any troubleshooting ideas. Thanks!

During a Zoom meeting, every time I have tried sharing my screen for the past 6 months to a year, the entire computer starts freezing and the monitors flicker. I try to close other programs out (Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.), and sometimes that helps unfreeze it. The flickering is intermittent. About 1 to 5 seconds where external monitors are black and Zoom app on the main laptop monitor is frozen. External monitors are connected through a docking station.
Best case scenario is after about a minute of this flickering/freezing, the external monitors will go black. This leaves the laptop monitor as the only screen available. Which actually works if Zoom is the ONLY thing running. This is not practical since the purpose of Zoom's Screen Sharing feature is to show something else on the computer (more than likely another program).
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, running the latest Windows updates, updating drivers (NVidia says up to date), and trying to run a Zoom meeting without opening other apps or browsers.
What is causing the problem? And are there any drivers, updates, or anything at all I can do to alleviate this?

I host a 5-day challenge. We did our first one in February, which was my first time setting up Zoom to livestream into a group. I followed the instructions here and had no problems. Now we're doing the 5-day challenge again, and we have a new group for this cohort. However, the group doesn't appear in the list of available groups to livestream too, even though I've added the ZOOM Video Livestream - Prod app to the group. I am the admin of the group and I'm streaming from my own Zoom account. I've tried removing the app from the group and reinstalling it then starting a new Zoom meeting. But it still won't show me the new group, just the original one. In the Zoom Settings, Meetings, Meetings (Advanced), I have already allowed livestreaming to Facebook. That was already there in February. And I just tested the connection. I can still livestream into the old group. I just can't get the new group to show up as an option to livestream into it, even though it's settings match the old group's. Any other suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi, I accidentally removed someone from our Zoom meeting and I'm trying to get them reinstated. Does anyone know how I can do that?

I'm struggling to find an older version of the Linux Zoom Client to downgrade to. For the last few versions of Zoom, I've had a lot of trouble with screensharing - which isn't a good look in front of my customers. I've filed plenty of error reports each time it's happened but Zoom don't seem interested in doing anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find an older version of the app? The Zoom download centre doesn't seem to understand the concept of "old versions".

I just set up tracking source urls for a webinar we're hosting. Does anyone know if these show up in the post-webinar attendee reports? I'm hosting this webinar for 3 different companies and want to segment out who registered and attended from each source URL. Thank you!!

I used to be able to upload videos larger than 512 MB in the chat box of a zoom meeting to transfer to someone. As of last week, I am now limited by my "account admin" to files 512 MB or smaller. I have a Pro zoom account. Under account management/account settings/In Meeting (Basic), the only options under "Send files via meeting chat" are to 1) only allow specified file types or 2) set a maximum file size. Zoom already capped my maximum file size. How do I remove this limit as the account administrator? The only thing that has changed since the last time that I uploaded a larger file to share via a zoom chat is that I now have a new MacBook Air. I can't imagine why that would change anything in my zoom account settings though. Thanks for any help.

Whenever I clic on the zoom meetings link (https://link.edgepilot.com/s/f46dd893/S36lZNnHLUyiIkm_ABaEVA?u=https://us06web.zoom.us/w/EXAMPLE), this error appears on Chrome, Edge, Mozilla "An unhandled lowlevel error occurred. The application logs may have details." I found out that on the private mode on any browser the link works fine, but directly on the browsers dont work, I already deleted the cookies and disabled every extension/plugin.

Hi, I would like to ask you whether there is a way to find out which account has launched a meeting, by only using the link to a past reunion. I would need to know it because I am attending a university course but unfortunately the professor used several accounts these months, and now he cannot remember which email he used every time. So it is impossibile to me to ask him for registrations. I thank you in advance
