Unable to get HD recordings of my Zoom meetings

Even after enabling all settings as I have found in the community i am unable to get more than 360p recordings of my Zoom meetings. Can anyone help?

Hello, for my zoom rooms in my office where the meeting queue for all the meetings for the day are shown, we have an issue where it shows the name of the person who’s meeting it is instead of the name of the meeting. Our ushers use outlook365 and send their zoom meeting invite to the zoom room to “invite the room”. Any idea how to change this?

Set meeting to screen share PRIOR to start of meeting

I set Zoom meetings for my boss.  I assign him as alternate host.  How do I set the meeting to allow all participants to screen share when I set the meeting up OR prior to the meeting starting?

Hello Team,

I want to integrate the Zoom API into our LMS Platform for live streaming. But the problem is I need to conduct 13-15 concurrent meetings with one account. Is that possible?

If possible, I would like to get the live video recordings to my AWS S3. I don't want to save the video recordings into the zoom cloud. That can be managed from my S3 Cloud.

Please help me to find a solution.

I have been teaching yoga online  and recording my classes for a couple of years on zoom for students to watch later. Even though I pin participants when I play back the recording it only captures me talking on the recording and not the participant doing the moves, which for folks watching later who are visual makes it tricky...

 

I am recording to cloud, any clues what I am doing wrong?

I am trying to get a list of meetings I attended for several months in 2022, but on the basic plan I cannot see those reports. If I upgrade to a pro plan, will I be able to see those reports for my account with dates before I upgraded?
