Zoom Desktop Client V 5.16.10 is up and works on Windows Server 2019, https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
Our I.T. department rolled out Zoom where Outlook advises Zoom of meetings, and the Zoom app will display a popup reminder at the lower left corner of the Windows screen when the Zoom meeting starts. Quite often, when the meeting is moved in Outlook, the Zoom app doesn't appear to be notified. So, 1) the popup appears for all the attendees at the wrong time, and 2) I get email messages that my attendees are joining though it is the wrong time, 3) their Zoom calendar is wrong, and 4) everyone starts emailing the organizer and each other asking "is this meeting still on?". It's very distracting. It's not a matter of timing: sometimes the meeting is moved to the next week, so Outlook and Zoom have days to synchronize, but apparently dont. It may be possible that this is only for instances of a meeting series - e.g. when an instance of the meeting is moved. My I.T. department claims there is nothing they can do. Is this correct?

I'm unable to increase the volume. While my Bluetooth speaker is loud when connected to Spotify and other apps, it becomes surprisingly quiet when using Zoom, and I can't raise the volume.
Hello there! 1) When I click annotate in screen sharing mode, the toolbar falls partially beyond the screen borders and due to the fact that it docks to one and the same place every time, I can neither drag the annotation toolbar elsewhere, nor undock it using keyboard shortcut. I have an issue on my Linux Mint 21.2 desktop client (5.16.6 version) which haven't been fixed in last updates. Extensive internet search was fruitless.
The toolbar is nevertheless active and I can choose available tools to draw, yet I cannot undo the strokes (keybindings do not work) or delete the whole piece: for that purpose I need to either use the eraser or completely restart a screen sharing session which is not always convenient.
Has anyone faced similar issues on Linux?
I attach my system info:
Linux Mint 21.2
Kernel: 6.2.0-36
AMD Ryzen 7 5825U
Display: x11 server: X.Org v: 1.21.1.4 driver

P.S. For some reason I don't have permission to attach screenshots here, but I'd love to...

Sharing music or video by Computer-Audio stops my communication. I can't hear my group. To hear paticipants the only way is to change input option to loudspeakers. But then the group doesn't hear or watch what I wanted to share. Help would be very welcome. 😉

I am lost in the maze of information whereas what I want to achieve is a rather simple task. I want to shorten the invitation link I send to my students, just the link instead of lines and lines of useless information. I saw recently just a box one can click on that says join zoom meeting hd. How do I create it? I’m not technically challenged but the information I found on here and online seem daunting. So I would really appreciate your feedback.
