When I connect with zoom (the meeting is organised by another person) and I  ring a bell or  use a bell device in another web page the other person can't hear it.

Usually the person who set up the meeting assigns me the same role, I share the screen and the audio but it doesn't work. Where is the problem? I work on a Mac.

Top until yesterday I was able to share my screen with Zoom, then select Facebook live and have my page displayed, I was then able to click on the ZOOM title at the top bar and select a button that allowed my image to float inside the page I was sharing, but as of today this feature is not an option, does anyone know w

Hello, I am trying to allocate an alternative host under advanced setting when scheduling meetings but i get an error saying 'One or more people you want to add as an alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue', but he is the owner of this company and it's his zoom license.

If a user is logged into two different devices can they start recording to the meeting to the cloud from one device, pause the recording and then start recording from a different device? We would like to have one continuous recording that starts in a classroom scenario and then moves to another location and uses a tablet to record instead of the in room AV system.

Resolved! Reoccurring meetings are missing from account

Hi, I just noticed that two of my reoccurring meetings are not longer listed in the Meetings tab. Also, I created a new reoccurring meeting and it is not listed there either. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

I have zoom pro attached to my personal email account. I have Calendly integrated with my business zoom account, which is Zoom basic.

 

When someone schedules an appointment with me on Calendly, I want them to be sent the link to my Zoom Pro account personal meeting room, not my Zoom business personal meeting room. However, I still want calendly integrated with my business email account, it's too much trouble to disconnect it.

mic not picking up on iMac after last update

Suddenly after the last update, my 2yr old  imac (on newest software update, both for zoom and mac) does not pick up my voice in meetings. I am not on mute. I have verified my setting in the faq's.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, verified with apple tech support my settings, and I am able to be heard easily otherwise thru this mac. Oddly, its fine on my MacBook pro. I have tried the zoom mic test and it is not picking up my voice no matter how loud in a zoom.  Any ideas? I'm a full time coach and I need the larger screen for masterminds and coaching meetings. 
Any ideas?
