Icloud storage

I am trying to figure out how many hours of video recording 5 GB of Zoom cloud storage would be? I have a webinar this fall and will have 4, 2 hour recordings, would 5 GB be enough?

I have a recording of a webinar that was recorded to the cloud. I'd now like to share that recording link with everyone that registered. Is there an easy way to that within Zoom? I don't see a way to customize the follow up email aside from editing the subject line. I'd like to avoid sending out a mass email from Outlook for fear of being flagged as spam. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I do remote lecturing about music via Zoom, and have the following setup at home:

webcam for video,

laptop to connect with meeting link and as a monitor,

ipad to play music samples,

Electric piano to play live,

headset (Audio-technica BPHS1) with earphones and attached mic,

All of the above goes through a mixer (Yamaha: MG10XU)

I've used this setup a hundred times very successfully. Yesterday, the mic setup failed me and I don't know why. Symptoms: Either I could hear the host and she/audience couldn't hear me, or she/audience could hear me but I couldn't hear her. I played with the mic settings, and nothing solved the problem. Ultimately, we did the webinar with her (and the audience) hearing me, but I couldn't hear her - which was ok since I was the only one talking. When necessary, we communicated via texts on a phone on the side! It was a very odd experience.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be? (By the way, I tested the system with a friend later in the day, and the same thing happened, so I don't think the problem was on the host's end.)

THANKS.

I am working on setting up an event and we have a number exhibitors/sponsors for it. The event is hybrid so they are with us in onsite but we want to recognize them online too. The page showing their name an logo looks great and would be enough to meet our needs, however because the logos click through to something I have just spent quite some time building out pages for each exhibitor so there isn't an almost blank page if shown if the logo is clicked on.

We gave the exhibitors the capacity to add content themselves and sent an email encouraging them to do so but no one did, not high on their list of priorities. Can I suggest that there be an option to turn the page on and off, if it is off the logo can be shown and just not clickable, and maybe the ones that are clickable could have link for 'Learn more'.

It is a great feature to have but if don't want to embarrass your exhibitors/sponsors with blank pages it does force you to add some content, and make choices on what that content should be.

Also, I will note as has been noted in other posts, the social media links do not appear on the pages when you populate them.

I am having an issue, where I am hosting a town hall for my company next week, and we plan to utilize a few zoom rooms in our building as an overflow.

The issue is when in a webinar, the rooms in question are attendees, I myself am the host of the meeting on a laptop. When I select "follow host's view", when joining from a laptop as an attendee it works without issue. However, the Zoom Rooms in attendance are still seeing myself in this instance who is off camera and supposed to be hidden.

Am I missing a setting in the backend or something I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried creating a new webinar, and then a new event in two different accounts to no avail. Any else experiencing this? Adding the header image manually in FB is easy enough, but now it isn't clickable which is a downgrade in usability.

We are trying to add a Confidentiality Agreement to our registration process for an upcoming Webinar Meeting. We want attendees to accept the agreement as part of the registration process.

We had intended to do this via the Registration (edit) -> Custom Questions option but there is a limited character option and our agreement is 153 characters long.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can add this as part of the registration process for a webinar?

Hello, everyone,

The title pretty much explains it. My IT contractor has a one pro license for meetings up to a 100 people. Is it ok for him to stream a meeting to up to 200 people on an external platform (eventive)?

Thank you for all the advice you can provide!
