This means integrated platforms will have a count different to Zoom's count for attendance data - which may be confusing to stakeholders with access to both Zoom and integrated CRMs/MAPs.

I once had a paid account to use with a not-for-profit association during the covid-19 lock down so we could have our meetings done by video.  Now we can meet in person so that account is no longer needed and cancelled the paid subscription.  In the past year or so I started to get these notifications on events happening, 'how to..', etc.  I've been hitting the unsubscribe to stop this from happening and I still keep getting these emails!  I'm not a business person or have a business job and I don't go to meetings.

Why do I keep getting these emails?  Why doesn't the unsubscribe work?

Hi,

I'm missing a feature that can be found in Zoom's competitors. but maybe I'm the one who couldn't find the Zoom solution.

I'm looking for a solution to display a question asked in the Q&A as a full-screen slide.
During the webinar, someone backstage could select a question for the speaker to answer.
The question would be displayed full screen, ideally with the text in square brackets.

thank you for your help

Zoom presentation is blurry and washed out when I use the presenter screen so I can see my notes

Why is this happening? My Internet speed is very good. It makes for a very amateur presentation.

Resolved! Converting a Zoom Webinar to Meeting

Hi everyone, I have a Zoom license that allows me to host up to 100 in a meeting. I just purchased a webinar license. If I were to set up a webinar and then convert it to a meeting, will I be able to host up to 500?

The organization I work for purchased the Zoom Sessions (Pay Per Attendee) plan for up to 50 attendees. I misunderstood the plan and thought it would allow for 50 attendees per session, not per year. We have already used 45 attendees, so we will need to purchase more. When I go to 'Manage Plan' and 'Add More Attendees', you can select a plan for 50, 100, 600, etc. If we purchase one of these plans, is that 50/100/600 attendees in addition to the original 50 we had purchased? Thank you.

Hi,

We are a nonprofit organization running webinars and meetings. Currently, we have two licensed Zoom accounts, but this requires the account holders to spend significant time starting and attending meetings that don't directly involve them.

Given our limited number of meetings and webinars, additional licenses are not justifiable. When we create users with basic accounts, they seem to function independently, similar to if they were set up separately.

Is there a way to set up master/sub accounts to allow basic plan users to start meetings on behalf of the licensed accounts? Would recordings still function properly in this setup? Can we still exceed 40 minutes? And use our increased meeting capacity?

We currently do not have the option for master/sub configuration. The advice suggests contacting our account executive for more information. How can I identify who our account executive is?
