After registering, it also sends an email verification with a code. Can we disable this email? We haven't found a way to do it. It could be a hassle for attendees.
We have noticed that by default, attendees of the event are shared publicly in the event lobby, both under "Attendees" and "People," with their profile picture and details. Is there an option to hide the "People" tab?
In the "Register and Join" section of the event settings, under the "Links and live access" subsection, there is a white button next to the update button that says "Create event access." When we click on it, it gives us an option that says "Link name" and another one that says "Set as default link." We are wondering if this section allows us to customize the event registration URL to make it shorter and more accessible to users. If not, is there an option elsewhere in the event settings? Also, what does this option refer to?

We use a third party online testing at the end of our webinars.
I would put the link in the chat box for attendees to click on.
is there a way to have zoom force the link open?
- thanks in advance
Last night, I taught a class online via zoom, and I was sure that I had recorded the class. However, when I logged on today to get the video and share with an absent student, there appears to be no recording. Meeting ID: 821 7347 3933 Thank you for your assistance, Mark A. Ellis

We have found that the Registration Required checkbox in the events hub for Simulive events does not behave the same as the normal webinar/meeting application.
The zoom API endpoint for get webinar always returns approval_type as 2 (No registration required) for events hub webinars, even though Registration Required is checked on the events hub. This is the API I'm referring to;GET /webinars/{webinarId}

I've recently had difficulty registering users for previous webinars, before we had the option to "Close registration after the event date" and unchecking that option to allow registration. but I see that it is now deprecated. What is the alternative to be able to register users after the event date?

I understand most of the differences between hosts, co-hosts and alternative hosts. what I'm trying to determine is if alternative hosts are able to promote participants to become panellists or not? the only role that can promote an attendee to co-host is the host, not an alternative host, but what about promoting attendee to panellist...? cheers

We will be hosting a two day webinar, is it possible to set up a multi-day webinar in zoom that will have the same registration link for both days?
