Two Mails registration
Hi!
We use our own registration page and the Zoom API.
Unfortunately, everytime someone register for a Webinar gets 2 times the exact same mail with the link to the webinar.
Anybody can help?

After creating an event in Zoom Events. I cannot set my event to "Accessible only to users with event link"
All of my summits auto set to "Private Summit."
Is there something I'm doing wrong to change this setting?

Was wondering if a glitch can happen in the Zoom log-in,log-out feature of attendees who join a webinar? An attendee is complaining that he attended our 3-hour webinar but the Zoom-generated attendance report showed that he was only logged-in for less than an hour. Has anyone had this experience before? Or can this incident even occur in Zoom?

What options do we have to ensure that only invited users join an event/seminar, where we have 100s of attendees?

I have to schedule some webinars for an organization but they don't want me to be the host. Once all the webinars have created, I will copy the link to the webinars in an automatic confirmation e-mail the participants receive after they subscribed to the webinars via the website. When my job is done, if I change the owner to another person with an e-mail address with the same domain name as mine, is that person gonna be able to host the webinars? Hi. I recorded a webinar two weeks ago and everything was recorded perfectly. The video of the person speaking was over the slides they presented. Last week I recorded another webinar. I did not change any settings at all. But the webinar was recorded on a wider screen with black columns on the sides and the video shows in the black column not over the slide as the previous recording. Please help what happened? How can I get the video over the slide and the screen of the recording the same width? Also how do I upgrade my package to have access to someone in Zoom support I find it absolutely horrific not having access to anyone at Zoom for any support questions at all.

When I an recording a zoom call in meetings and webinars there and sharing my screen there is always a black screen that appears/ Why is that?
What does it take to not have the back screen interfere with my sharing presentation?
I'm creating a Zoom event hub for a two day event. I've added the agenda for Day 1 but don't have an option to add a second day. How do I fix this?
